Please exercise caution when dealing with Lissahn Devance. She took my money and used it on another client's event! She wrote me bad checks and lied about the money on several occasions. She sent me a signed prommissary note promising to pay off the debt and I have yet to receive any payments from her and it has been almost two years. She still owes me more than $4000.00 Please, please do not deal with this person.
