WARNING!!!! Overpriced and poorly made dresses!! I went to U Design by HK to have my bridesmaids dresses made. They were a disaster!! After multiple visits that we were never seen on time for and multiple fittings that never actually fixed the problems days before my wedding, the dresses were still not right!! They look awful is pictures!! Customer service was a joke tried to get money back, was just given the run around! Save yourself time, money, and lots of frustration!!

Worst experience EVER! Horrible quality for the amount of money and time I had to spend in this place! Never again.

My dress was gorgeous! I received so many compliments on it and it was all thanks to Holly and her staff! While communication getting down to the wire could be a bit dodgy, I understand it was probably because of all the other comissions they were working on. But they definitely came through with some last minute alterations to make sure everything fittes perfectly. And it did! A dress designed exactly the way I wanted with the colors I wanted! I would definitely have a dress designed here again. Everybody on staff is so nice and helpful...and they definitely work with you...even if you might have some bridezilla tendencies (but that wasn't me, of course : P)! Love them!
