Great final product, though the process was rough. They lost our paperwork that we had started, and generally didn't listen. Great bakers, but they need someone there who will work with the people and really listen instead of just bake. The cake turned out fabulous, but I felt like I needed to hand-hold the whole way though even drawing up a whole document outlining exactly what we wanted...and they still ignored part of that. Great deal though, 1.99 a slice!
