    This shop in Vienna is great! I went here for a bridal bra/corset and they did great. The staff is warm and friendly and they make you feel comfortable which is great since they help measure and buckle you in. The have a ton of options and are focused on what is comfortable, makes you feel good, etc... They are pretty average priced for nice bars. They talked to me about different sizing to create shape under my dress, I ended up buying one size then rethinking and returning which they made super easy. I am so happy I went here!

    Trousseau was recommended for my bridal undergarments by Alfred Angelo's Springfield location. The undergarments with the one free alteration were perfect since my dress had a low-back fit. Would highly recommend and will be returning for lingerie!

    Trousseau was recommended for my bridal undergarments by Green and Blue Studio in DC. They fitted me with a bodice and then altered the front and back to follow the cut of the dress. And while I was there I bought my wedding night and honeymoon lingerie!

    I purchased my undergarments for my wedding here on recommendation from Global Bridal Gallery, where I purchased my dress. I am a very large busted girl, and I was so pleased to find the vast range of sizes that they carry in all forms of undergarments! The staff was so friendly to me from the moment I walked in. They helped me find something that I was comfortable in and that would function well with my dress. I was also impressed at how reasonably priced the bustier was...I was expecting such a structured undergarment that is geared towards brides to be marked up, but I found the price to be very reasonable. They even altered my bustier when I lost weight before the wedding! I will gladly return to them for my everyday bra/undies...they are a fantastic, hidden gem in Northern Virginia! They are so professional, knowledgeable, and it's apparent they love making women, especially brides, feel beautiful.

    Best place I've dealt with when it came to custom or body-type undergarments. I was really happy with the way my bra fit under my wedding dress.
    The complimentary alterations are a real plus, even though I didn't need them.
    Great find and a shout out to the staff at Alfred Angelo Bridal who recommended I go there for a better fit than trying to make something off the shelf work.
    Amazing bonus: the price!! It was only $60 for the best corset style bra I've ever put on.

    This shop was fantastic! They helped me look at my wedding dress, explained what I would need and what would be the best options for undergarments. Helped me realised what type of alterations I should ask for when I get fitted. They made me feel amazing. Thank you Trousseau - I highly recommend them for any bride looking for good quality foundation undergarments.

    I ordered my beautiful, chapel-length wedding veil from Trousseau, and I also picked out my wedding lingerie here. Both turned out wonderfully, and I received so many compliments on the veil!! Best of all, they let me customize the veil, adding an extra foot of length, so that it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. Such a better deal compared to buying something cookie-cutter from a bridal boutique. The veil turned out beautifully in my pictures, and I wore it long into my reception because I didn't want to take it off!

    I went to Trousseau for my wedding night attire! There I was greeted and signed in to get measured. The girl they paired me with was Amy, she was absolutely wonderful. She was no bull crap, had me in and out of there all set to go in half an hour, (which is half the time I usually spend looking for something that fits)! I was looking for something very specific, they were able to meet my needs on the spot. I had to have my corset altered to my body, which was explained before hand that would make the garment non-returnable and it was a very pricy ordeal...but my now husband still raves about how amazing I looked in it! I am saving up my money to buy a new bra from there....I feel like they ruined any other place for me because I know the fit doesn't lie and their fit was just right for me! Thanks to the ladies there who also expedited my custom order to meet my needs! I could not have been happier!

    I needed a bustier for my wedding dress. I received complimentary alterations which came out beautiful. It was a perfect fit and I looked fabulous in my wedding dress. They have beautiful lingerie, a very helpful team, and great customer service.

    We bought my sister's foundations to wear under her dress and lingerie. The items as always were beautiful, perfectly fitted, and of high quality.

    I have been a long-time customer here since they carry unusual sizing in bras and really know how to accurately assess bra size.

    Trousseau is hands down the best lingerie boutique ever! I have been a loyal customer here ever since a dear friend introduced me to the shop back in 2004, so when I got engaged I was excited to be able to utilize their wedding services. Aside from beautiful lingerie, they have an excellent selection of elegant invitations, head pieces, and jewelry. I got the jewelry for myself and my bridesmaids from here as well as my invitations, wedding day under garments, and bachelorette party gifts for my friends. Everything went smoothly with all of the above, and they even gift wrapped my bachelorette party gifts for me. The entire staff is great to work with, especially Natalie! I can not say enough good things about her; she's very sweet and if there is anything specific you're looking for she will find it! I've also had alterations made here and they always come out perfectly. Trousseau has my highest recommendation whether your shopping for your wedding or just want to spoil yourself, and surprise your man, with some gorgeous lingerie :D

    I walked in to Trousseau with two dresses. One I loved but required a low backed strapless bra, and another that I wasn't really happy with but that was bra friendly. I'm very busty and it's difficult for me to find even regular bras in the right size. The sales lady put aside my second choice dress and said she would make sure I could wear the dress I loved. She found a bra that was my size and had the support I needed. They then altered it -- no charge!-- to make it work with my dress.

    I enjoyed working with the staff at Trousseau. They know their business and work to ensure a perfect fit of your wedding foundation. They also have wonderful shoes and bridal purses that can be dyed to match your wedding gown. I highly recommend them for your personal wedding garments and accessories.

    If your a plus size woman, and going undergarment shopping is not one of your most favorite things to do or comfortable. Then This is the place for you. They are very professional and courteous, even when I came back a month before my wedding and needed my corset taken in 2 inches (free of charge)! I have started going to them for my everyday foundation wear as well, quality at a reasonable price, very nice combo!

    I cannot say enough good things about this store and its owner, Sarah. She would wait on me personally and helped design a matching flower girl headpiece to go with my stunning "Mary Ann" style headpiece. She also customized a veil for me that had a chapel length detachable so that I could wear the shorter layer throughout the reception. And thats not even counting the undergarmet selection and alterations ;-) Wonderful!

    They were so nice! The girl who helped me was great at looking for a corset that wouldn't show under my low back dress, but would also keep me nicely contained. She even wrapped it at check out with the exact placements of clasps and clasp extensions where needed.

    Go to Trousseau for all of your lingerie and bridal accessories. The manager of the store spent hours helping me to choose the right undergarmets for the wedding and lingerie for the honeymoon. They did the alterations on the staps of one piece that I bought for free. The store even set up a registry for my wedding shower. Trousseau carries a range of bridal accessories - veils, hairpieces, jewelry, shoes, and purses. My veil and shoes, my mother's purse and shoes, and my bridemaids' shoes all came from Trousseau. I had the store dye the purse and all of the shoes. They were done on time and the color matched perfectly. Trousseau's staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and its merchandise is beautiful and high-quality.

    Good selection of underthings and what you need before your fitting to have your dress fit right.
    (Added after wedding: I had said that comfort was important for me and enjoyed a full day in the shaping leggings and long line bra without pinching or binding up - I've worn both again at other events. Very pleased and will go back for next time I need underthings. )

    I am a big busted bride and have had a lot of trouble finding the right undergarments. My experience has been positive 95% of the time. My most recent experience has been the best Kristy has great customer service skills. The only issue is that you cannot make an appointment so there is no guarantee which consultant you will get. Many have been great, but I did have one bad experience.

    I required very specific undergarments for my strapless dress in an unusual size, because of my size it was even more important that they be exactly right. Trousseau had my size and style in stock for me to try on in more than one color and at a reasonable price. The service was excellent. Because of my odd size I'd also had difficulty finding lingerie for after the wedding day. Trousseau had a beautiful variety of couture designers that I was able to try on and purchase in the store - very unusual for me! (These were pricier.)

    I bought four bras and went to return them the next day with the tags still attached from the original purchase. I got to the counter and was told that I could return the bras for in store credit only. No refund. I even spoke to a manager and was told that I would not be getting my money back even after communicating that this wasn’t an acceptable option. If I would have known that the store had no refund policy I would never have bought their unimaginable ugly bras. What happened to customer service and the customer getting their money back? This store is hiding behind a stupid policy that is on the bottom of the purchase receipt instead of putting the customer first. If it weren’t for the customer they wouldn’t be in business. I hope you enjoy your stolen money.
