Sylvanna was awesome. Such a sweet woman and always had a upbeat pleasing attitude and her assistant was also great. they were very on schedule and everything they had anything to do with was just about perfect.

This venue was the perfect place for our wedding! The location is absolutely beautiful! Most of our guests came in from out of town, but we had quite a few from in the Valley as well, and they all commented how pretty the venue was! Sylvanna and her assistant were so sweet and great to work with! They were there to answer any question we had, make any change we wanted, and offered the best service always with a smile on their face! My husband and I both have a lot of background working in private country clubs so our expectations are high when it comes to other vendors providing services, but we were 100% pleased with everything Trilogy at Vistancia had to offer! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding!

We were blown away by the exceptional wedding experience that Sylvanna Anderson and her outstanding team provided for us and our guests. They paid attention to detail, the service was impressive, and they did everything possible to make our day one to remember for a lifetime. Our wedding guests are still calling us with the highest of compliments about the food, atmosphere, and service. The food was outstanding!!! Chef out did himself and was very personable. Sylvanna Anderson should go down in all wedding books as the hands down best wedding coordinator in Arizona. Yes, Trilogy at Vistancia, is a beautiful venue, but we chose this venue because of Sylvanna's ability to make all of my, the bride's, wishes come true. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the wedding planning. This wedding was a year and a half in the making and Sylvanna and all of Trilogy's staff were there every step of the way. My wedding was perfect and I have Sylvanna and the staff at Trilogy at Vistancia to thank for that. I count myself extremely blessed to not only have married the man of my dreams, but to have had the wedding of my dreams as well. Thank you Trilogy at Vistancia for making my fairy tale come true.

Sylvanna is absolutly the best! The planning process was stress free to the point that we were stressing about how stress free it was (after hearing horror stories about planning process we kinda expected a melt down that didnt come). The venue itself is beautiful and the staff is very professional. While it isn't the cheapest place in town, it definatly isn't the most expensive. For what's included, it is by far the best "bang for your buck." They include a round of golf for two and overnight accomidations at Cibola Vista (very nice resort nearby). Not to mention the price included everything you need for a basic wedding for up to 200 (and i mean EVERYTHING). They have upgrades that are reasonably priced, we didnt require any of them.

Sylvanna was amazing! She was very helpful and very easy to work with! This venue is very beautiful and has a just as beautiful plan B, should it rain in AZ!

Sylvanna Anderson, our wedding coordinator, was AMAZING!!!! This lady is one hard worker! Her entire team was phenomenal! Throughout the planning and day of I knew I was in good hands! She is very organized and took care of every little detail! Trilogy at Vistancia was a beautiful venue that both my husband and I fell in love with! The view of the mountains and the golf greens made for some wonderful pictures! I would highly recommend booking your wedding here!!!!

Sylvanna and her team were more than acommodating at the Kiva Club! I had not one thing to worry about with our ceremony at the Kiva Club! Very responsive, very helpful and put our mind at ease with all of our questions or concerns.

Vistancia is a true gem. The grounds are extraordinary with the elegant, ballroom and the pristine gardens of grass, flowers, and a creek flowing into a pond. Sylvanna, the wedding coordinator, is the best in the valley by her professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, attentiveness, and care. We, as a couple being married, were blessed by how the process of preparation to the wedding ceremony was conducted. We we always be thankful we choose Vistancia.

Slyvanna is the best Wedding Coordinator any bride that is working full time could ever ask for! She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure my vision for my ceremony was fullfilled. My wedding was beautiful and it is all because of this wonderful woman and her staff. The vendors she suggested were fantastic and have reasonable pricing. Anything I ever wanted or suggested was never ignored. I could cry just thinking of how absolutely wonderful she has been. She even had to put up with my indecisiveness, but always managed to stay professional and helpful. I would suggest this venue to anyone getting married!!! My day was beautiful!

Our daughter's wedding reception was held here following her Catholic ceremony. It was a cold and wet winter day but Sylvanna dealt with the adversities professionally and was able to relocate the cocktail hour to the lobby from the garden patio due to the inclement weather. Despite the adverse weather, the clouds parted and the wedding party photos were able to be shot on the patio with a beautiful post storm sunset serving as a backdrop.
The le Fox catering was all that we expected. Was the entire event flawless? Of course not, but those minor problems were more than offset by the Sylvanna's resourcefulness to make certain our daughter's big day would be memorable.

Sylvanna and her team are amazing. They made the day perfect and beautiful. Sylvanna was always happy to answer any questions I had and was ready to calm any fears. The day was fantastic and triology is outstanding.
