They provide more than any other travel company I have ever met with! -

We wanted to thank you for the outstanding service we received from you on our recent trip to Jamaica for both mission service and a
vacation. Your assistance in arranging the air fare and the hotel reservations made our travel planning very easy. The flights and hotels were just as promised.
The most important service that we received was not one we had anticipated. Ron became ill after the mission trip and during the vacation part of our stay. We knew that it was in his best interest to get back to the United States to be treated. Your compassion and hard work got us back to Kansas City so he could be evaluated and then had a successful surgery. It would have been very difficult for us to have made those arrangements from Jamaica. It was also a very nice touch that you arranged for us to be in the departure lounge, Club Mobay. It kept us from standing in line for security and gave us a much more comfortable place to wait.
Your personal attention to our unexpected needs during our trip underscores the value of using your services as a travel agent. It gave us both a great deal of confidence that you were there to help us.

User1560524 Sent on 03/18/2014Dear Robert--Travis and I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate all of the effort you put into planning our group trip to Cabo last month. The accommodations at Secrets Marquis were absolutely fantastic – beautiful pools, perfect weather, unbelievable room - the food was amazing and the service was top notch. With everything to enjoy on site, I’m surprised that we even left the property to go zip lining and horseback riding, but I’m glad that you suggested it! They were experiences that we’ll never forget. And of course, our group had a great time clubbing in Cabo, as well. I know that I asked a lot of questions about the safety of Mexico before we left, and you put my mind at ease given your careful planning, understanding of the area and prior relationships with the off-site excursions. It was great to just relax and have fun!
We have talked about the vacation (longingly) several times over the past few weeks and we have yet to come up with something that we would change.... We have been on a lot of vacations over the years, including several cruises and international destinations. This trip ranks as one of our very favorites. Thank you so, so much. We look forward to working with you again.
