Chris with Tip Top DJ is amazing! Highly recommend.

Not only have my husband and I gotten the pleasure to meet Chris and fall immediately in love with his work but he also made our wedding that much more. We worked through all the questions my husband and I had and he was willing to spruce it up some more as well as give vendor advice where needed and make sure our reception ran smoothly. Best vendor we had, hands down.

Unreal wedding dj

Chris did an amazing job as the DJ at our wedding. He helped us plan, and was really organized. He listened to everything we wanted, and exceeded our expectations. He knew our schedule, and followed all of our music suggestions. He also worked really well with our planner. His pricing was so reasonable, and everyone kept saying that our DJ was "killing it". He made our wedding an amazing party. So impressed with his professionalism and legitimate DJ skills.

Chris was probably the best DJ that I've ever heard at any wedding, so I was lucky he was at mine! From the get go his passion and enthusiasm for what he does was clear. He was willing and able to fulfill al our weird requests for music, including our ceremony choices. We even were able to enter the reception to the Star Wars theme! During dinner he played soft music that had everyone swaying, and as soon as dancing started the room was his! He knew exactly how to read the room, making sure that the music was appropriate for the people dancing (he played lots of swing and oldies when the older generations were dancing, and eased into more contemporary music and the room shifted to the younger crowd). It was perfect and seamless work. He is a joy to work with, and any wedding would be that much better with him.

Okurr,

Chris was fantastic! We had so much fun meeting up with him before the event; and he has us thinking about our musical tastes.

He got everyone dancing: from the 25 to 80 year-olds; nerds and cool kids; tipsy and sober; people we've never seen dance before - everyone was shakin' it.

Great variety in music got different groups of people on the dance floor throughout the night. Wonderful flow of excitement and emotions he did an elegant job with our announcements, speeches, first dances and flow for the evening - just wish it could have lasted longer!

Chris took our musical taste and suggestions and turned them into an emotional background leading up to the speeches (with Chasing Kites? Blue Blue? I forget. But it was great. by iamamiwhoami.).

After speeches, we picked two very upbeat songs for the first dances (Happy Together for us, and Ain't No Mountian High Enough for joint parent dance) and everyone was so jazzed with the beat - the dance floor was swarmed immediately and the party began.

Chris was also able to provide a very exciting visual atmosphere with his lights! With little direction, he was able to make the scene very magical.

Many of our guests said it was the BEST PARTY they'd ever been to (because of Chris!), and were impressed with the excitement that the dance floor sustained throughout the evening.

Chris is not just a DJ but an artist of music and design, he kept the party going for at least three hours at our wedding and no one wanted to leave the dance floor. Everyone had a fabulous time and he totally understood the vibe we were going for and played EXACTLY what we wanted. He even played songs that were some of my favorites that I forgot to put on our list of songs. Its almost like he read my mind! If you are looking for excellence in a DJ look no further. Best DJ in Denver.

My husband and I give Chris at Tip Top DJ the highest possible recommendation. He was truly amazing throughout our wedding experience, from start to finish. The highest compliment was paid to Chris by our wedding guests, many of whom said he was literally the best DJ they had ever seen or heard at a wedding.

Chris was professional, reliable and kind throughout the wedding planning process. He met us for over an hour early on in the process (even driving through a snow storm to meet us.) He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests in the months leading up to the wedding, even helping us to edit down the songs we wanted to play as part of our dances.

We loved Chris so much that we asked him to DJ our BBQ on the night before the wedding as well. He modified the vibe perfectly to fit the occasion, and even helped us when A/V problems arose!

The wedding itself was where Chris shone. He made sure that EVERYONE got on the dance floor and enjoyed themselves. We had a long reception and several hours of dancing, so we expected people to leave early -- but not with Chris as the DJ! He kept everyone dancing until late in the evening, always reading the room and choosing the right songs to fit the mood and the group on the dance floor. No one wanted to leave at the end of the night! And like I said, we had several people tell us that he was the best DJ they had ever heard.

Chris is not only an amazing and talented DJ, but he is also a great emcee. He doesn't call attention to himself or come across as cheesy, but he makes sure that the energy level is high and helped seamlessly orchestrate the evening from start to finish with his announcements.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Chris is just an all around great guy and such a pleasure to work with. He's incredibly kind, very thoughtful, and very passionate about his job, which makes him such much fun to work with. We are so grateful that we found Chris and Tip Top DJ!

Chris is an amazing DJ, and he really went above and beyond what I would expect from any DJ. He is clearly a music-geek, in the best sense of the term. He loves music, loves people, loves social psychology and reading the crowd, and loves doing his job well.

He met with us for coffee for over an hour the week of our wedding to discuss what kind of vibe we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He provided great ideas and showed he has really thought about how to keep a crowd happy. He customized versions of songs we wanted (he cut down and slowed down a swing song so my dad could dance to it), and made a version of Happy for us that was the appropriate duration and energy for our grand entrance. He also used up-lighting in our wedding colors to add drama to our venue after dark. It was perfect.

He was straightforward about pricing and contracts, and there were no hidden fees.

Chris was amazing and he definitely gets credit for the huge success of our wedding, I recommend him highly as the DJ for your special event.

My husband and I were amazed by our experience with Chris at Tip Top DJ. He was a pleasure to work with throughout our planning process. With a mountain top wedding we were surprised when he was not worried about getting music to the top of the chairlift for our ceremony as well as toting it back down the mountain for our cocktail hour and reception at the base of the hill. He did a fabulous job of communicating with us from 6 months before our wedding through the last song played as we exited our reception. He did a great job of assessing our crowd and he made sure to play music that did not tire out our group of friends and family that had traveled to the 9,000 foot elevation. We loved how he kept everyone dancing and having a great time with his continuous changing of vibes throughout the night. He was fabulous at emceeing the entire event and did a great job of working with our wedding coordinator to follow our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception schedules! Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with and he definitely delivered everything our wedding day that we had discussed beforehand! We would highly recommend his DJ services as well as his emcee services!

Chris was amazing!!!

Our wedding was so fantastic! He did an amazing job at playing what music we wanted and what our guests wanted. The party was going all night! If only we were allowed to stay at our venue longer!!! Would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

Chris did an amazing job at our wedding. He worked with us before to compile a wonderful playlist of music for both our ceremony and reception. He certainly knows his music and has plenty of experience getting you the mood that you are desiring. He is very flexible in any venue and is prepared for any location.
