My husband and I bought my engagement ring from Tiffany. The service was excellent; the salesperson was professional. The ring is beautiful.

On two instances, one of the small side diamonds on my engagement band fell out because the prongs had not secured the small stone in place. We took the ring back to the Customer Service Department of the Tiffany store and they replaced the small stone free of charge. They also sent it back to their lab in New York City to have all of the prongs inspected and repaired. We were satisfied with how they handled the situation. Tiffany also offers complimentary cleaning on diamond ring purchases; we have used this service several times.

Since Tiffany is known as the highest quality in diamond engagement rings, the value for the cost is not as good. However, we got what we paid for.

We purchased both of our wedding bands, engagement ring, and gifts for bridesmaids all from Tiffany, and were very impressed with the level of service we received. I first visited Tiffany in Boston, and the sales representative in that store kept in touch with me via email for a couple of months before I finally purchased the engagement ring. Because I was traveling at the time, he arranged the purchase details with me over the phone, and then had the ring sent to the Vienna store, which was a convenient location for me to pick up a couple of weeks later. They held the ring at the store until I was able to pick it up. After I gave my bride the ring, they re-sized the ring for her at no cost--twice!!

We received similarly great service when we bought our wedding bands and bridesmaids gifts. Some of the necklaces my bride bought for her maids were unavailable, so they shipped them to her at no charge when they arrived at the store.

I have been continually impressed by the high level of personal service at Tiffany. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Tiffany's. Their customer service was very helpful and prompt. I still go back every once in a while to have my engagement ring cleaned for free and they're always very friendly. While I'm sure I we could have bought a larger diamond at another store for the same price, I absolutely love my ring - the classic Tiffany's cut has a great sparkle to it.

Impeccable ring for the groom. No such thing as a sale. Costs more for the brand name. Otherwise the ring looks the same as you can get elsewhere much cheaper.
