Thyme Catering at the Austin Room was perfect for our wedding. Jan Cohen was excellent. She made sure everything ran smoothly. She always returned my calls and e-mails immediately. The tasting was excellent and sold me on this location.
She was respectful and understanding beyond measure. Brides need someone like that while plannning such a big life changing event. The food taste great, the serivice was five-star and the people who worked there were friendly. The chef can cook and my guest were not disappointed. I was told that one of my guest gave him a personal compliment. Yummy!
The price was right and the deposit manageable. I'm sure I'll use The Austin Room for another affair.
