David Engle of Three Scoops was a Godsend to our wedding in Coral Gables. Our wedding for the end of July,2010. The food for our extraordinary buffet was top-notch and plentiful!! Best of all the guests commented how delicious everything was! Mr. Engle was much more to us than our caterer, he was our advocate with the reception cite and we were able to get in early to the venue to decorate. He always responded to my calls immediately! He and his staff were exceptional during the reception!! We had so much food. David offered great appetizer, three main entrees for each guest & they were DELICIOUS!! He also had the best prices in South Florida!! His staff went above their duties prior to the reception!! Go to his website to see the wide range of menus he offers. I did not have to have a wedding coordinator at the reception cite because his staff were available to help in ANYTHING. They would have even set up the centerpieces! He was our advocate with the reception site and really had our backs with other issues that came up when working with the venue. The food was phenomenal and the bread that he provides is GREAT! I hate to brag about my wedding..... who am I kidding no I don't, it was absolutely amazing and one of the reasons it was so AMAZING was the incredible work of Dave and the team at Three Scoops. I am a bride on a budget and they totally worked with me tailoring a menu to my fiance (now husband) and I and the food was phenomenal. My wedding was 2 weeks ago and people are still talking about the food!! I found three scoops through weddingwire and when I visited his website I saw that he had a grill he could bring to events I was truly intrigued. My fiance is the "grillmaster" and we use our grill for meals at least twice a week so I thought I would give them a chance. Dave came out to our house with massive plates of steaks, chicken and fish along with his signature biscuit loaf as well as his bruschetta. It was so good we signed a contract with him right away. He worked with us on payment breaking it into smaller increments over time (since we had a year). I can't say enough about his food, his service and his attention to detail!!! I am EXTREMELY proud of my event and Three Scoops is one of the main reasons for this!!

I used Three Scoops/Simple Services Catering for my husband's 70th surprise birthday party. The party was a huge success in large part due to David and his services. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for the 50+ guests. I have used David's catering companies frequently over the past 5-6 years and have always been 100% satisfied. He is prompt, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend David and Three Scoops/Simple Services Catering for whatever type of event you plan.

I have used Three Scoops Inc on several different occasions and have enjoyed the professionalism and food completely. After using Three Scoops I would not hesitate to recommend their service or food to anyone. The Ice Cream bar is a big big hit and an excellent addition to any party.
