We had our wedding reception at the Summit Club. It was gorgeous! When we first started looking for a venue and came to see what the Summit Club offers and we were pleasantly surprised. It's awesome that being a private club, the Summit club allows non members to book it for events. We absolutely loved the view, food, service, atmosphere there. Frances D. (wedding director) is a pleasure to work with. She has been very accommodating. We'd definitely love to come back for a nice dinner to the Summit Club. We highly recommend anyone use them for their event. We had our wedding reception at the Summit Club. It was gorgeous! Very difficult to work with
While the floor to ceiling windows and recent updates make for a beautiful venue and we loved Joe Spellmen, Carmen the event coordinator was HORRIBLE to work with. She was incredibly unprofessional. Canceling meetings and walk throughs last minute. Blaming me for her bad planning mistakes. Being rude and disrespectful on the phone and unwilling to be flexible with changes. Also not to mention her lack of follow through on promises made.

The food was excellent and the staff were very courteous towards our guests. Despite multiple meetings with the general manager and event coordinator, many details were not followed during my daughter's wedding reception. Blakely, event coordinator, was very difficult to work with and did not want to honor the prices quoted on the original signed contract-requiring a meeting with the general manager. The week of the wedding, I met with Blakely to ensure all details were included in the amended contract; this was a waste of my time. The Summit Club did not order enough cloth napkins (requiring us to have 2 different colors) for the dinner; ran out of hor dourves, alcoholic beverages, and glasses for non-alcoholic beverages during the cocktail hour; and some of the wait attendants did not offer guests tea during the dinner. As the Mother of the Bride, I shouldn't have to ask twice for a clean glass for water during the cocktail hour. The venue is beautiful but don't expect things to go smoothly. The food was excellent and the staff were very courteous towards our guests.
