Choosing Katie as my day-of coordinator was honestly the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Katie is amazing- she is so kind, genuine, really easy to talk to, as well as incredibly professional. She went above and beyond what I expected. I found her after my venue canceled on me and I needed to find a new site 5 months out. I reached out to her and before I even signed a contract, she spent a ton of time helping me out via email and by phone. Once we officially began working together, she constantly reached out to me to see if I needed any help or support. She remembered every detail I shared with her and made sure she had everything memorized for the day of- she is very meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.

On the day of, she made sure everything went smoothly and looked beautiful. I'm sure there were some hiccups, but I had absolutely no idea. She allowed me to have a stress-free day and to just enjoy everything as it came. I really cannot say enough about her- I am so glad I found her!

I actually wish I had met her earlier and just hired her to do more of the actual planning rather than just the day-of coordination. I would recommend Katie and The Savvy Event to anyone and will certainly be recommending her to any friends who are planning weddings in Phoenix and Chicago.

The Savvy Event is absolutely extraordinary. Katie is exceptionally talented and is one of the most creative people I have ever met. She takes the time to get to know you and understand your vision and will tailor her services perfectly to meet your needs. Incredibly, Katie always lets you know that she is as excited about your event as you are! She attends to every detail, while at the same time always reminding you that you can add, delete or change things at any time. She works diligently to find the best possible prices and is constantly bargain hunting on your behalf! She thought of everything (and then some!) and knew just how to incorporate every extra touch to make our guests feel so special and our venue magical. In addition to having Katie plan our wedding reception, I have had the fortunate opportunity to attend other events organized by the Savvy Event - I can tell you each one was unique and wonderful. I would highly recommend Katie and The Savvy Event to anyone. Regardless of what type of event you are planning, Katie will make it a huge success!!!

My experience with Katie was absolutely wonderful. It was so nice to have someone who took all of my ideas and helped to make them come to reality. She listened to my wants and needs and helped me make my wedding day absolutely magical. On the actual wedding day, Katie was there to field all phone calls and coordinate with all of the vendors. I was able to just sit back, relax and enjoy the day. Katie made me feel that I was the only bride in the entire world and really helped make my whole wedding process truly enjoyable and not stressful at all!
