Woking with the Prop Shop staff was great. They recommended beautiful items, and my ceremony and reception looked beautiful. I didn't work directly with them on the day of my wedding (since my wedding planner took care of that), but I never heard of any issues.

We had a great experience with this company. Our order was perfect and the delivery was on time.
My only complaint is that we had to wait until Monday for them to pick up the rentals or pay a hefty fee for Sunday pick up.

We had the worst experience with the Prop Shop. They were recommended by our wedding planner, but they screwed us and another one of her clients the next weekend, so she won't be using them anymore. First, at the last minute they increased the price. We couldn't find another tent the week before, so they had us hostage. Then they were late TWICE with our chairs. It almost made my groom late for the wedding. They were NOT apologetic. Then they damaged the wall of the venue while taking the tent down. To cap it all off, we could barely get a response from their staff to our complaint. The owner refused to help us until we reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again, and you shouldn't either.

THe PRop Shop was wonderful to work with. I thank Patrick for turning a ballroom into the most gorgeous elegant wedding reception room that we have ever seen. The linens, Chairs, lighting, etc was absolutely wonderul and breathtaking. The room looked like something out of a storybook. It was beautiful. He knew exactly what we needed and wanted and transformed that into more than what we could even imagine. His work was excellent.

We had priced several rental shops for our wedding and this shop had the best value and their equipment are of excellent quality. But their customer service is horrible. We were trying to receive in writing an estimate before committing any more of our wedding funds to them and one particular gentleman was very rude to me and my wedding coordinator in seperate phone calls. And the tent arrived several hours past the agreed upon time that my wedding coordinator was up late into the night at the venue helping them set up the tent. I'm pretty sure she has no plans in using them in any future weddings of hers.

The Prop Shop has anything you would need for a party. The only issue I had with them was some of the items were broken when I picked them up, but they quickly replaced what I needed.
