Invitations

We decided to go with Paper Source because of the good reviews we had found on here, and the fact it was close to our house in Brookline. We also chose the company because we knew we would have a complex wedding invitation with both English and Chinese. We were completely satisfied with our end product, our invitations were Beautiful! However, the process and quality of service were only satisfactory. We spent about two months planning and designing our custom wedding invitations. The price was steep, but we really wanted nice letterpressed invitations for our wedding. After we finalized our ENTIRE wedding invitation order, we were notified a couple of weeks later that the paper, we had chosen, could not be used for letterpress. We went all the way back to step one, and had to redo the entire process. The company compensated by issuing a 10% discount on all further "wedding" related items. But as a little time went on, and I would go in to buy something "wedding related" the girl states "I think you have used up that discount already." I was astounded. I felt like I was owed even more than 10%, as the sales woman made such a huge error initially, not knowing what paper could be letterpressed and what couldn't. So, if I had to do it all over again, I don't think I would choose this store. I would however use William Arthur, the brand. The product was excellent, and people are still raving about how beautiful our invitations were! Many other stores sell William Arthur.

The Paper Source is an obvious stop for any DIY bride, but I was most impressed with their creativity and design options when it came to designing my wedding invitations. Nick of the Brookline Paper Source did not flinch once when I suggested a Navy Blue and Fuchsia wedding invitation was very helpful throughout the whole ordering process. Our invitations came back exactly the way we had hoped they would turn out and in relatively short time. Thank you!

Irene, one of the store managers, went above and beyond in helping us to coordinate all the parts of our wedding. She made cost saving suggestions and personally assisted us with insuring that our unique invitations came out exactly how we wanted them. The process was timely and the cost was reasonable for the beautiful product we received.

I knew we wanted to make our own invitations. The Paper Source has the prettiest paper! The DIY guides were really helpful too. Everyone raved about our color choices! Hint: Order enough extra paper to make menu cards and other items for the ceremony/reception to tie everything together!

I made my own invites and favors, and got all the supplies from Paper source. They were helpful and when I got the wrong paper, had no problem with an exchange. They even helped me trouble shoot when I couldn't figure out how to fix my favors. It was great working with them

I love this company! I ordered all the paper for programs, menu cards, table cards, place card and escort cards through them, as well as kits to make paper bouquets for the rehearsal. Although I live in Canada, they were extremely prompt, and I received all products (3 separate orders) very quickly. Very high quality. Thanks MSW for making me aware of Paper Source.

We made our own invitations and wedding programs from kits provided by the Paper Source, made of 100% recycled materials. This was a fun and rewarding part of planning the wedding -- even though we have no experience with paper crafts! Employees at the store were very helpful.

I made my own invitations but I used the templates and the suggestions of the staff at the Paper Source. The response I received when people got our invitations made me realize how great of an idea it was to create my own. They were so unique and very personal. I had to go back to the Paper Source multiple times when I was in the processes of making the invitations and everytime the staff was great.

I went to the Paper Source and took an invitation making class - in order to make my own wedding invitations. The class was great and the sales staff were very helpful in assisting me in making some tough decisions on which invitations to make. I loved the way they came out and highly recommend this store.

We used The Paper Source to make our own invitations. With our budget, we could have plain printed invitations from the internet, or make fancy ones ourselves. I chose the latter, and I was so pleased with the result! The Paper Source has tons of options, samples, and colors for you to choose from. If you want to pay extra, they can print them for you, but we printed them ourselves and saved a bit of money. Overall, I would choose them again, the invites came out really well!
