The Madison Hotel did an amazing job the day of my wedding. I worked with Tim to work out the contract, and he also wound up being the maitre d' at the event. He was very helpful while working out the contract, and also did a great job the night of the wedding. The only downside is that occasionally he was a little difficult to get in touch with. The food at the Madison was great, everything looked beautiful, the guests enjoyed the option of staying over (and the ones who did loved their rooms), and everything went off without a hitch. The brunch the next day was also fabulous. Definitely would recommend!

We were very happy that we chose the Madison Hotel! We worked with Tim, and he was fantastic, always responsive to our calls and emails and going the extra mile in many ways to give us the best service. We had our ceremony in the Conservatory and the reception in the ballroom. The conservatory is a great alternative to an outdoor wedding since weather in the Northeast can be unpredictable. The ballroom had been recently renovated and we loved the dark blue and gold color scheme and chandeliers. I did bring in white chair covers to brighten it up a little bit, and the Madison hotel staff helped me set up and clean that up even though it wasn't their stuff. Everything on the wedding day went extremely smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and we've been to 2 other friend's weddings there since!
