My bridal party and I got everything we needed at Glass Slipper. We were able to get the dress that made each bridesmaids cry, and the perfect dress for them. We ran into a problem with the dresses being given to the wrong girl, but Glass Slipper was quick to apologize and make the mistake right in a hurry. Everything went perfectly, and we plan on recommending them to all of our friends.
This privately owned dress shop does only offer top quality service on a day to day basis, but they go above and beyond for their customers. The afternoon before my wedding, I found out that the wedding gown (which I had purchased from the Glass Slipper) was ruined at the dry cleaners. I called Mrs. Lynn (the owner of the shop), and she volunteered to open her shop late after our rehearsal dinner and to help me try to find another dress last minute. Upon finding my second "perfect dress" around midnight, Mrs. Lynn proceeded to sew a bustle on the gown so that it would be ideal for my special day. Talk about flexibility and quality service!! The Glass Slipper saved my wedding day!
