Ceremony & Reception Venue
We recently had our ceremony here and could not be happier!! As a couple, we wanted a chapel to be married in, but did not want to become a member of a church. This is the perfect alternative. Yes, they have a rental fee and rules, but this place is so beautiful, it is worth it.
Karen and her family were so responsive to any questions that I had. Yes, as in the other reviews, there is a coordinator fee. I too, thought it was a little steep. However, the night of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding, it was worth the money. Karen took care of all the little details to make our wedding great!! I have never heard of any other facility providing this service. They have 2 hour time slots for the ceremonies. Luckily (and not so) we found out on our rehearsal day that the wedding before us had cancelled. They let us come in a half an hour earlier and that was plenty of time. I belive if they had 2 1/2- 3 hour increments for each ceremony time slot, it would make things run a lot smoother.

I have been to several weddings at this venue and while some key points have been stated previously, please keep this in mind- every venue has time restraints. I went with a local church and there too, they perform up the 3 ceremonies in one day, all 2 hours apart. This is normal for every venue I have checked out. Most guests don't want to sit through anything longer than a 20 minute ceremony. I have also seen the coordinators at this facility gently put overbearing mother-of-the-brides/grooms in their place to ensure the day is purely about the bride and no one else. I liked that each couple had a coordinator; someone to deal with the small details and she had a lot of suggestions. Take it as you wish, but there isn't any other facility that I can think of that provides this for you.
Also, in terms of rules, I can't possibly imagine how much time and money has gone into that property. Step in their shoes and maybe you'd realize why they run the property the way they do. Some people should learn to be respectful of such things, and watch their children- just goes to show that some people really do ruin it for the rest of us. All in all- This facility is organized and with the help of this "pricey" venue, at least you can be at ease that someone is there to make sure things run smoothly. ![]() Wedding: 1+ year ago 6 Reviews

The Gardens was absolutely beautiful. We got married outdoors. The church onsite was a prefect backup in case the weather didn't hold out for us. And the architecture there is beautiful!
However we didn't like that we had to pay a coordinator on top of the reservation fee for the day. They have such strict timelines, it was hard to have time to get enough pictures taken. Because the wedding was on a Friday- reherasl HAD to be at a 7PM on Thursday night. For all the kids we had standing up, this was Totally unrealistic. Especially if you do dinner afterwards... My mother had asked them to video tape the ceremony for us as a suprise wedding gift. To our shock they told us how much she spent, plus didn't save the parts that they cut out of the video. (This was after a week. really?) After the snarky comment our wedding was too long- we decided that was enough. Bless those people for doing what they do, but sometimes (actually ALWAYS) the wedding is about the bride and groom, not the timeline of the ceremony so they can open their natural food store on time. If the place wasn't so beautiful, I would have demanded money back. No bride should cry after she gets back from her honeymoon because of how rude they were! If you are getting married outside- this place is an OK option, but be prepared to play by all of their rules.

The Gardens was a beautiful place to get married however we were not to happy with the fee for the wedding coordinator and how much we where expected to play them. They asked us to pay the coordinator before the rehersal. That seemed kinda odd to both of us and it was a large fee since we had already spent almost 700 on renting the place itself. The church was gorgeous however and had a very classic look which is what we wanted
