Henry and The Flower Garden far exceeded my expectations! My flowers were absolutely spectacular! Henry was very knowledgeable, had great ideas, was so easy and accessible to work with and stuck within our budget. We had many compliements on how beautiful my flowers were. I can't say enough about my experience with Henry and The Flower Garden. Thank you so much for a job very well done and I will recommend you to anyone I know that is getting married.

It was wonderful working with Henry at The Flower Garden. We were able to do everything we had dreamed of in the way of arrangements and flowers we used due to his extremely reasonable pricing. We used garden roses (the second most expensive flower) and endangered Manzanita branches that were spray painted silver for our centerpieces. We had him attach orchids to the ends of the branches...they looked absolutely incredible! He will take your basic ideas and make them come to life in a beautiful way!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this florist. We first met Henry at my wedding venue. He had all sorts of ideas and sounded very knowledgeable. After the meeting, we discussed our budget and he said that he thought it would be no problem to keep it within our budget. He said he would give us a proposal in a week or two. We were very excited to have found Henry.

Two weeks later and no proposal, we sent Henry an email asking when he would be able to get it to us. A week after that, he responded saying he was really busy and he would have it to us in another week. This went on and on. Finally, 6 weeks after meeting with him, we finally got our proposal and it was twice as much as we had budgeted!! After talking with him, he suggested a few things we could cut out to lower the cost. By this point, other florist in the area were booked up for our wedding date. As a bride, you never want to hear that you need to cut out things that you want for your wedding. We were hoping to use cheaper flowers, smaller arrangements, etc but Henry didn't offer any of those suggestions. I finally agreed to cutting out different arrangements and going with the bare minimum and still spending $300 more than we had budgeted. (Also, each time we tried to reach him about the proposal, it was AT LEAST a week before he would respond. So all of this negotiating took another 3 weeks). Henry said since it took him so long to get our proposal to us, he would waive the security deposit of $100. Since we were already a little sketched out by him, we decided we better pay it just to play it safe and have some sort of money trail.

Henry had said that he might be able to cut down the price for my centerpieces once he saw the vases we were going to use. Once we got them all, we tried to arrange a time to meet with Henry to show him the vases. Two months later, still no response. That was the final straw. We ended up firing Henry. It was too much stress trying to deal with him and not worth the money we were going to be paying him. I felt like he wasn't up front with us and never made time for us. After all of this, he refused to give us our deposit back (even though he said we didn't have to pay it in the first place).

HORRIBLE VENDOR. You have enough stress trying to plan your wedding without the added stress of working with Henry! Save yourself the headache and find another vendor.

Henry was very flexible. However, was very had to get a hold of. My flowers were absolutely amazing. More than I could have asked for. If you are laid back bride, who can handle leaving a lot of the creative part to someone else, then Henry is the guy for you! I loved my flowers!

Henry was wonderful. He gave me the flowers I wanted, and made them look better than I ever imagined. He kindly split the flowers up, so that the stuff for the Groom's family went to their house while the flowers for me and my family went to our dressing location. They were kept fresh, and looked gorgeous. The bouquets are STILL in vases on our table, 5 days after the wedding!
He offered suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the flowers, especially for flowers for my hair.
