The Encore Group was a complete waste of $1000. I was supposed to have 2 videographers, but one was 9 months pregnant and she sat most of the wedding and didn't film anything at the reception. The video was muted during the "Here comes the bride." The first dance from the reception is chopped up. The song starts, then ends, then it picks up in the middle. During our vows, the cameraman moved the camera and actually recorded the ceiling. (And no, that was not edited out.) When we tried to talk to Mrs. Harrison, the owner, she called me names and cussed at me and refused to fix any of the problems. She informed me that the raw footage was destroyed the day I received the video. I would not reccomend this group for any occasion. By the way, the girl delivered her baby the day after my wedding. What would have happened if she had gone into labor at my wedding???

Complete diasaster. Our wedding video would have looked better if our four year old had taped it. The ceremony was chopped up. There are actually moments when the videographer took the camera off the stand and taped the ceiling. The wedding march was muted. The owner, Beau Harrison, refused to do anything to help us. She was very rude to my wife and actually called her names. Please save your money or use someone else.
