I purchased a cake topper from The Crystal Topper for my wedding in December. I required a special design and they were very helpful in creating the perfect topper for my wedding cake. I recommend The Crystal Topper to all my friends that have up coming weddings.

I ordered a topper for my wedding on 8/22/09. I also received a confirmation right away that I would receive the topper in 6-8 weeks. It's been 13 weeks and I'm getting nowhere. After 8 weeks I emailed Jodi, no reply. Then I called the business and left messages, again no reply. I then reported her to the BBB and found her home number on their website as well. I have called Jodi's home four times this past week. The first time I left a message on her machine. The second time a lady answered and claimed to be Jodi's sister. She gave me an excuse that Jodi has had computer problems and that she would have Jodi call me in an hour when she came home, again no reply. The third time I called, "the so-called sister" answered again and said that she gave Jodi my message, but she has had family issues. She said she understood my concern and would have Jodi call me. AGAIN nothing! I'm so upset with this company! I called last night and "the sister" answered. I told her I'm getting a lawyer and I want my money back. She asked me to give her all of my credit card info and security code on the back to refund my account.......NO WAY was I doing this! I already learned my lesson the first time I gave the my credit card info! She said she would drop a check in the mail and e-mail me right away. I haven't heard anything. I'm going to get a lawyer involved. This is rediculous!

I ordered a cake topper and my bridal bouquet. i recieved my cake topper but am still waiting for my bouquet and many other items and have been waiting for about 1 year. Ive sent many emails but have not recieved any response and all the phone numbers are no longer active as well as her home number does not accept calls. fortunately my credit card company will refund me as she is not responding to any emails or calls. brides i sugest you look elsewear!!

I paid for a cake topper in full on August 1st for my November 21 reception. When this company received the payment I received an email stating that I would have my "prety topper" in 6-8 weeks. After 12 weeks I sentan email because we were going out of town for our wedding. I received an email back stating that she would ship it as soon as we got back. We sent her multiple emails we we came back and I got no response. Finally with two weeks before my reception Ifiled a complaint with the BBB of Houston. They stated to keep trying to get in touch with the seller. So we sent another email on November 15th. Finally on November 19th she sent an email back stating she would not be fulfilling her commitment and since we paid through payal we can put through a dispute or she will send us a money order. I put through my dispute right away. I urge any of you who are looking for this type of cake topper to look for a different company. I am jus lucky that my husband is extremely creative and put together one that I am thrilled with and it was much less than the one we ordered.

I recommended this vendor to my sister-in-law for her August 2009 wedding. My sister-in-law ordered a crystal topper from Jodi Buttarazzi (owner of Crystal Topper) in May. Twelve weeks later (the promised deadline), she still had not received the topper. After many e-mails and phone calls, my sister-in-law received notification 2 weeks before her wedding that she would be receiving the topper shortly. The week of the wedding, we still had not heard anything nor had we received the topper. Two days before the wedding, we panicked and picked up another topper. Everything else went smoothly and the only thing she had to worry about was a stupid cake topper. Ironically enough, Jodi decided to respond that same day to say that the topper was on the way. My sister-in-law received it the day before the wedding and it looked like total crap. There were crystals missing, they weren't line up, there was glue everywhere...it looked like it was thrown together last minute...all for a whopping $90!! Jodi said she would give her a discount after we complained but we wanted to return it for a full refund. To this day, she never responded to our e-mails or voicemails and my sister-in-law got stuck with a crappy cake topper that she could not use. Because she didn't purchase it through ebay or paypal, she was stuck. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. She had ample time to tell my sister-in-law that she couldn't meet this commitment and instead chose to ignore her and let her sweat it out for a crappy topper. I recently noticed that the Better Business Bureau has rated her an "F" and removed her from their directory in December 2009.

It has been almost 3 months and I have not received my cake topper. I cannot get my $ back from Discover because I paid through Paypal, I cannot get my $ back through Paypal because it has been over 45 days! DO NOT ORDER FROM HER!! She gave me the run around and blamed her supplier for the delay, then she stopped responding all together. She had an F with the BBB for 13 claims and lost her accreditation with them in December. Wish I could get my $135 back : (

I placed my order and got a confirmation right away saying it would be 6-8 weeks until it shipped. Around 6 weeks I started contacting Jodi trying to find out how it was going but got no response and this continued on until around 9 weeks. I finally found another number for her on the BBB website and called her at home. She said she was running behind but that it would ship by the end of the following week. When I couldn't reach her again at the end of this time I called her at home again and told her to cancel my order. She said it would take about 3 days to see the refund. It has now been over 2 weeks with still no refund and we are unable to reach her even at home. I have contacted the BBB and hopefully will get my money back.

I ordered a cake topper for my wedding in December 2006. It was beautiful and I am truly happy with it. I contacted Jodi to order a stand for my topper in October 2009 so I could proudly display it in my home. I sent payment, as instructed, and the check quickly cleared my bank. It is now February 2010 and I still do not have my stand I ordered. The last time I heard from Jodi was before Christmas and she said that the stands came from another vendor and that I would have it the following week. I have NEVER received my stand. I repeatedly tried to contact Jodi to no avail. I requested a fefund yet she has never responded to my emails, letters and her phone number does not take messages. I highly recommend you find someone else for your wedding topper needs.
