The house is just beautiful. If you are looking for a place that does it all for you, look no further. Pat made the planning of my wedding so easy and stress free.

This was a golden memory for our family. The venue is gorgeous and in beautiful condition as were the gardens and courtyard. Pat was amazing to work with and very, very responsive, friendly, professional and helpful. Her staff was fun, made it memorable for all of us. The food was absolutely delicious as was the incredible cake. Very little, if any decorating costs or flowers because the house is already so richly furnished. The atmosphere was fluid, comfortable and not stiff, artificial, sterile and restrained as other venues can be. There is a good sound system, beautiful tea lights in the garden and gorgeous rooms in the House for perusal. You feel so comfortable, it is as if you are in your own home. There is a fabulous wraparound veranda with ceiling fans, and a killer fountain in the gorgeous courtyard that looks awesome with a flower arrangement in it. Photography turns out great because there is plenty of light and so much detail to capture. For a charming and classy venue, this is it. Much of the stess was alleviated by Pat's wisdom and expertise. The value for the money is incomparable. So much is provided for you, and the menu options rock. There is bar service for wine and champagne. You bring your own alcohol. Beer can be served outside in the garden, courtyard and veranda, bottles only, but this only added to the comfort level and ambience of being "in your own" classier, historic, very unique home. There is a beautiful gazebo outside, but we did not use it for the ceremony or the reception...but it was a popular location for some guests to hang out. We had tables outside and inside and easily accommodated approx. 130-140 guests, maybe a few more. I highly recommend this lovely place for your ceremony and/or reception.

Great place for a simple BEAUTIFUL wedding. Pat was alwasy very helpful with any questions or concerns. Only negative is that you cannot try food/cake before ordering - but both were very good in the end.
