We received rave reviews for both our wedding cake and groom's cakes... many saying it was the best wedding cake they had ever had! Several people even admitted they went back for additional servings they liked it so much! We had to agree... the quality of the cake was perfect and my only regret is that we did not have time to eat more of it at the reception.

The design of the cake turned out beautifully and we sincerely enjoyed our visit on Sample Saturdays as well as the one-on-one consultation with Chad, particularly compared to our experience elsewhere.

The cost of the cake was less than many others we checked into, and even if it had cost more, the taste and qaulity of the The Cake Guys product was no comparison.

I've already decided that getting a small cake from The Cake Guys on our anniversary and birthdays will be our new tradition!

My husband and I worked with Chad Fitzgerald for our cakes (bride/groom) and he did an AWESOME job. He is very nice and listened to what we wanted. The outcome was better than I envisioned! The cakes were absolutely stunning and SO moist! They tasted just as good as they looked which isn't common from all the other cakes i've tasted over the years. Both cakes stayed just as moist a week later as the night we received them. I would HIGHLY recommend this bakery (especially Chad) to any bride that wants a stunning cake that tastes fabulous!!! 5 stars for sure!!

We used The Cake Guys for our wedding and grooms cake and they are amazing. First of all the flavors and cakes are so tasty. We had so many people rave about how good the cakes tasted. My personal favorite is their key lime flavor. Yum! Also, if you are looking for great amazing looking cakes on a budget look no farther. The Cake Guys have their Sweet Inspiration package where you can choose from many options of already designed cakes, pick your flavors, add special touches all for a really great price. They delivered the cake to my wedding site on the day of and I did not even have to really do any calling for confirmation. They are very responsive when you call and I can tell you I may have changed my flavors 10 times but they were always super flexible and had no problem with the changes. I love The Cake Guys and can no wait to eat my top tier of cake next year.

The Cake Guys came highly recommended to me from several friends, and they are definitely the place to order cakes from! We ordered our cakes, cut out photos of how we wanted the flowers arranged onto the cakes, and they replicated it exactly. We were thrilled with the taste and decor and received several compliments on both cakes.

The cake tasting is a must. We kept putting it off but was such a fun day. Take your groom because the sugar rush is a great memory! The cakes are that good that you eat all of it!!!

The cake guys cakes are beautiful and wonderfully delicious. They aren't cheap but they are well worth the money your spend. We lived farther away then they normally deliver but since we were ordering in the off wedding season they kindly agreed to deliver 2 hours away. We wanted a beautiful cake we had see in a magazine but wanted to stay closer to budget so they were able to tweek one of their sweet inspirations cakes to look almost identical to the one in the magazine. It was still alot more expensive than the package would have been after all the upgrade fees but much cheaper than it would have been to just order the exact cake we saw in the magazine plus we got an awesome grooms cake with the package. I was impressed with their willingness to work with us and also to deliver so far away. The cake was gorgeous and everyone said it looked and tasted better than any wedding cake they had ever had! Love the Cake Guys!!

I don't even know what to say except "WOW"!! Amazing cakes for an insanely low price. I couldn't eat much on the wedding day because of nerves, so I only got a bite of cake. We already broke into our 1 yr anniversary cake because it's so good!

My wedding cake was better than I expected. It was a four layer cake that was decorated beautifully and it tasted even better than it looked.

The Cake Guys did an AWESOME job on my wedding cake. 2 months later people are still talking about my wedding cake. It was beautiful, moist and the key lime flavor is so YUMMY!!!! It was in my budget since they have the Sweet Inspiration Package for the wedding cakes. They called to confirm the cake order prior to make sure they had all the details for our special day. They are very organized when it comes to the tasting and the ordering of the cake. I'm so glad they have a bakery shop with the new location on Oak Lawn Ave. so I can still order cakes after my wedding. I will always use the Cake Guys for my special occasion or even for a slice of cake :-)
