The cake that I chose was a small two layer pink champagne (their specialty) and almond (alternating layers) with white buttercream icing. The top layer had dots and the bottom layer had an 1 1/2" black ribbon. The topper was a silver and crystal double heart and garnished top and bottom with deep red gerber daisies. It was perfect and not to mention DELICIOUS. Take some advice and DO NOT get fondant if you want your cake to taste good as a whole. If you are worried more about perfection with seams and frosting marks, you are going to lose TASTE. Your choice.

Our wedding cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. We knew we would use The Cake Gallery for our wedding because they make the best cakes. The one critique we always have is their consistent lack of friendliness and professionalism. Overall, my husband and I recommend The Cake Gallery for any cake/cupcake needs.

Our wedding cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! We couldn't be happier. The Cake Gallery matched our wedding color when we brought in a swatch, so it was really nice to have the cake match everything. They also let us put multiple flavors in the cake in different layers, which gave our guests choices. Definitely recommend.

The cakes from The Cake Gallery came out good but before the cakes were picked out was the hassle. The wedding cake maker was more concerned with what the grooms mother wanted than what the actual bride and groom wanted. She kept referring back to what the mother said but that shouldn't have mattered, it wasn't the mothers wedding.

We sampled many bakeries in town, and although we ate a lot of fabulous cake, the Cake Gallery stood out. Their cake was incredibly moist. We also loved the many flavor choices they offered. We chose white cake with champagne filling and chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Another reason we went with the Cake Gallery is because we brought them a picture from a photography blog and they helped us recreate the design: 5 tiers, two of them being acrylic boxes filled with florals.

They did an awesome job.....they were really good to work with and they did an amazing job on the cake....would totally recommend!!!!

The Cake Gallery was highly recommended by many of our friends. When we went to the sample tasting we could definately see why, the cake was amazing! We had 4 different kinds of cake and the pricing was suprisingly reasonable by comparison. The staff was very helpful in recommending flavors, fillings and sizing. We even brought in a picture of the cake we wanted and it looked just like the picture on our big day!! I would highly recommend them for cake services.

The Cake Gallery came recommended by our reception venue's manager. They modeled our wedding cake after a picture I found in a magazine, and it was a very good likeness. It was a lemon cake with raspberry filling - very moist and yummy! When I went in to taste samples, the staff member who worked with me wasn't knowledgeable about costs (she had to go into the back room to check with the decorators) nor was she able to make any suggestions. However, all other dealings with their staff were fine. We were pleased with our cake - it was very simple and elegant, with thin swags and small dots of buttercream frosting. I would say the Cake Gallery is a safe bet for a cake vendor, and all the sample flavors we tested were delicious!

Great job. The only weird thing was they called me totally panicked four weeks before the wedding because I had not "finalized" cake design (which I didnt think was a big deal.) So I just went there and wrote a check and it was fine.

THE BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER TASTED. They are very flexible as well, working with me every step of the way.

the cake was AMAZING they were there and gone with out anyone seeing them which was nice so no one was in the way!

The cake gallery provided the cake, grooms cake, and mints. The cake was beautiful! Ivory with Ivory ribbon around each layer. Debbie Pitt the florist provided flowers for both cakes in coordination with the wedding flowers. The topper was the couples initials with swaroski crystals. The grooms cake was chocolate with green orchids as the topper. The wedding cake flavors were pink champagne and vanilla. Many, many comments and questions about who had done the fantastic cakes.

We ordered a non-tradional cake as we got married in St Lucia but had a party upon returning. We wanted an island/ocean theme cake without it being too cartoony or hokey. They found the balance...and it was yummy!

I had heard about The Cake Gallery and had even tasted one of their cakes previously. I found it to be great! So I went with them for our wedding. Told them exactly what I wanted and they said they'd be able to do it. When our wedding cake arrived at the location it was wrong! The flowers and ribbon on the cake were supposed to be peach in color...they came pink. The fondant on the outside of the cake was like an inch think and hard to cut through. Once we cut into the cake and fed it to each other the fondant was VERY chewy! Wasn't supposed to be like that either. Needless to say we contacted them after the even and demanded we be compensated for their error. We did get some money back in the end.
