Our cake was amazing! We continue to get compliments on it! They not only make delicious cakes, but they are artists and our cake looked absolutely amazing!! I can't wait to work with this bakery again!

Our cake was included with our catering. We showed up ready to discuss design and flavor options but soon discovered everything had an extreme up-charge that was not at all worth the price. Some of the flavors were good but none were excellent. They were kind enough to provide me with a gluten free small cake for me since I am gluten free but they admitted it was from a box mix and was not very good at all. None of our guest felt the cake was very good. But it was included so what can you really expect.

Seriously, the best cake I've ever had. All of my guests said the same thing. We chose a 3 tier cake for 100 people. layers of vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate patry filling. We chose a buttercream icing instead of fondant. The cake was AMAZING. Their buttercream is the smoothest and creamiest I have ever had and that chocolate pastry filling is to die for. We actually wanted chocolate ganash originally, until we tried this! The buttercream was iced completely smooth, not one mistake. We had a black ribbon around each tier that was flawlessly placed on and my flowers and cake topper looked awesome. The price is high, which almost chased me away. However, after MANY tastings at other shops with lower prices, the quality WAS NOT THE SAME. It's your wedding, go with the best in the area, and that's The Bake Works!

P.S. I think we are going to eat our top tier now instead of waiting, it was so delicious!!! LOL

The Bake Works did an amazing job on my wedding cake! It was beautiful and they put together exactly what I was looking for! The cake went along with my theme perfectly and was delicious too!!

We chose two flavors for our cake. The display cake was almond cake with strawberry buttercream, and we had sheet cakes in the back that were chocolate chip cake with chocolate ganache. Both were delicious, and they made enough to serve huge portions to all our guests. So big win on flavor and portion size. The only thing that tainted my experience was the fact that they couldn't (or wouldn't?) find a way to put the cake on a cake pedestal that I had bought, even though I expressed multiple times that I hated the look of the foil-wrapped cake board. So if aesthetics aren't too important to you, I'd say The Bake Works is awesome. But if they are, consider going to a bakery that is more flexible in how the cake is constructed.

The Bake Works is amazing!!! Our wedding cake was gorgeous AND delicious!!! We were so happy with it and we also used them for the Groom's cake-WOW!!! is all I have to say. The request was for the cake to be a cannoli cake in the shape of my husband's 1975 classic mini cooper. They did not disappoint, it was amazing, looked perfect and wow'ed all of our guests! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend their services.

Our wedding cake was provided by the Bake Works. Gorgeous cake. I cannot say enough about the attention to detail on each tier of the cake. In addition to beauty, they make some of the most delicious cakes in NJ. I would highly recommend chosing the Bake Works as your vendor. A+

Cake came out SO great. It looked just as I'd expected. We had so much fun at the cake tasting. So many flavors to pick from. Their cakes are so different than anyone else's and they had GREAT recommendations that helped make up our mind. Also ordered a grooms cake in the shape of a pizza that came out adorable. Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a tasty great looking cake!

We meet with The Bake Work about a month before our wedding for a tasting. We show them pictures of what my wife and I were thinking for a wedding cake. We selected a few types of cakes we want to try for the tasting and they put a couple of extra cake on the tray for us. We ended up using one of the extras they put on the tray for us. When we saw the the cake at the reception we were amazed by how it looked. The cake could not have looked any better!

The Bake Works provided exactly what we wanted for our wedding cake. The design was exactly what we had in mind and the were flexible with changes we made (quantity and shape) in the last few weeks before the wedding day. The cake tasted great and I can't wait to enjoy the rest of it on our anniversary.

Bake Works was easy to work with. Our cake was a package deal with our reception venue so i don't know the price of the cake, but we had a great time designing our cake with Bake Works. We had the store make our grooms cake with a unique design which turned out amazing (chocolate peanutbutter chip). They were great!

Excellent, delicious, beautiful black and white cake. Very creative gorgeous design brought to life the feeling what we wanted. A little pricey for us but the cake was so good and the design was so good we had to go with them. Staff and owners extremely friendly and very helpful. Also make the most delicious italian rum birthday cake I have ever tasted.

Our cake was a package deal with our reception venue so I don't have a full response on working with them directly. But, our cake was delicious and beautiful -- just what we wanted! I would highly recommend their yummy services
