Our wedding invitations came exactly the way i wanted them. They took forever to put together but that was expected because they had ribbbons. Do be aware that alot of the larger inviations cost more to mail than a standard inviation. Everything came neatly packed and easy to assemble. The only bad thing i can say is that they said they would ship with in 7 days and it actually took about 3 weeks to get them... so dont want until the last minute to order. give yourself at least 8 weeks before the wedding so you arent rushed.

Be careful when ordering through this company! I ordered a sample (a $5.00 charge) and later ordered the invitations online. The online guide is less of a guide and more of a maze that's difficult to follow if you've never ordered wedding invitations before. I received the invitations a few weeks later and we noticed right away that the font and spelling on the invitation was incorrect. We checked the $20 proof we'd ordered and made sure it wasn't our error before calling customer service to have the order fixed. Customer service was friendly, however I ended up calling them quite a few times. In the end, my first, second, and third orders with them were incorrect, even though I had emailed, called, and mailed them the exact invitation text I had originally ordered! After 6 weeks of back and forth we ended up asking for our money back, which they gave us after they'd tried to sell us the reception cards that we'd tried to avoid ordering by adding reception information to the bottom of the invitation. We did end up receiving a full refund but I'm not so sure it was worth the headache...

I liked the invitations that I ordered. They were nothing fancy or special but they looked nice. It was great quality for the price. This was the cheapest place that I could ordered the kind of invitations that I wanted. I would use again.

I purchased my wedding invitations off of their website. When they came I thought that they were pretty, but a little plainer than the picture showed. The font that we picked out online looked beautiful (it was a medieval type of text) but when it came some of the lettering was so close together that the word 'Love' looked like 'Lobe'. Only a few of the letters looked funny, in general it looked good. I spent $175 on 100 invitations, envelopes, tissue, response cards and response envelopes. All in all they were a good buy, but just a little pricey considering you can pick up a pack of do-it-yourself invitations at Target for $25 for a pack of 50.

I ordered monogrammed match books but when they arrived they were notpads! I obviusely checked the wrong box so it was my fault but they were very unwilling to assist me with the order and take any sort of discount from my second order.

The invitations themselves turned out beautifully (be prepared to assemble them yourself). However, there was some kind of mixup. We had ordered ours and paid extra to have them rushed. Then my husband's assistant used them for her invitations as well. Hers arrived before ours did (with the wrong ribbons, I might add, which they eventually fixed), so I called, and they had LOST OUR ORDER! Here it was, 8 weeks before the wedding. So we redid the order and they overnighted it at no charge (duh), and they arrived as expected. At a time of such stress, this was the last thing we needed. If you choose to go with them, be sure to give yourselves plenty of time between when the invites are due to arrive and when they need to be sent out, to allow for any mistakes in your order (like the ribbon thing), or for them to arrive late. Be aware of when they are due to arrive, so you can call them if they still haven't come.

I liked my invitations, but they put the WRONG zip code on the RSVP envelopes. Its weird b/c it was the SAME as the mailing address that my invitations were mailed to. HMMMMMM, interesting. They sent me a box of corrected ones out asap, however this made my invitations late. People actually recieved them on the RSVP date I had printed, which was confusing for most guests. I would reccomend them - however just double check them!!!! ;)

I placed two separate orders after I realized that I forgot to order pre-printed RSVP envelopes. The two orders arrived with different shades of ink. It was supposed to be wine but it looked hot pink on the invitations and wine on the RSVP envelopes. Several of the RSVP cards and Bridal Registry cards were blank and when I sent examples in to the vendor they said the invitations (with the hot pink ink) were the correct shade and reprinted the RSVP envelopes instead of reprinting the invitations with the darker shade of ink. Although they reprinted the RSVP envelopes free of charge I am extremely disappointed in the color or the ink.

We got our invitations for our wedding and our envelopes were spelled wrong. Now I have to wait a week for them to come and they are going to even compensate me for the inconvenience. They were not even friendly on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I odered personalized napkins for my wedding. The cost was good but I didn't get to use them. I paid extra for express shipping and didn't receive them until 3 days after the wedding. When I tried to see if I could return them or get a % back the customer service representative was not helpfull at all. I was told that there was pretty much nothing they could do and that it was in their terms and conditions which you have to search for on the website to read because it automatically clicks it for you when you order online. I thought that was very poor customer service.The confirmation email they sent me said "We appreciate your business. Your order has been placed into production," I paid for a product and a service and I expected to able to use it.

This was the worst of all my wedding vendors. The cost of inviations was exhorbitant; I did not receive my entire order; the delivery time was way off and my invitations were very, very late. Customer service was not helpful and kept hedging when I asked about the arrival of the invitations.
