Tamara's Cafe catered my daughter's wedding on St. George Island, Florida in April 2013. We had the pleasure of tasting a variety of Tamara's food before choosing our wedding dinner. The cocktail hour was Tamara's speciality Shrimp and Grits bar, served in martini glasses, with a variety of toppings. Since a number of our guests were not from the south, grits were something new to them. They were a huge hit! We also had an oyster shucker on the porch, and a hummus and toast points. For the main buffet, the Paella was absolutely amazing, as well as pork sliders, caprese salad, and a pear/walnut salad as well. People kept going back to the shrimp and grits through dinner, as well! There was more than enough food, it was hot, fresh and deliciious!! Fabulous job, and thank you!
