I completely, totally adore Sonya and Steve. We used Sonya for our floral through our venues package (and then added some extras) and used Steve for our officiant.
Floral:
The flowers were exactly what I had envisioned. I was really bad at communicating my vision to Sonya but with the help of some pictures I brought along she figured out exactly what I was looking for. I know nothing about flowers or decorating so Sonya was my lifeline there. She constantly mentioned that she was keeping costs down even though I was pushing to spend more, spend more! She made a few flower change suggestions to keep down materials cost and recommended using some of the ceremony flowers to decorate our sweetheart table. In the end I was thrilled with my small bill and my awesome flowers. Sonya is extremely creative and it shows from the first meeting to the end product.
Please note - our centerpieces and gazebo decorations were included in the cost of the venue package... we added on our bouquets, bouts, aisle hooks, extra arrangements, etc
Officiant:
Our original lower cost officiant reinforced the old saying, "You get what you pay for". We had to find a less flakey, more coherent officiant a few weeks before the wedding... so we booked Steve. He was great! I only spoke to him over the phone and email while setting up our ceremony details but he had all the details down. During our ceremony I put a little joke in there to get the guests laughing a bit and he delivered it perfectly! Overall, Steve was kind, well spoken, and professional. He even came to say bye after the ceremony was over. I felt bad because we forgot to invite him and his wife to the reception (etiquette and I like them).
I took off a star for responsiveness because the emails/calls sometimes get slow responses but it's worth it 100% and you can depend on them to call/email you back and then deliver in the end.
I would (and will) recommend Sweet Pea Wedding Services to anyone looking for a great florist and/or officiant.

Sonya from Sweet Pea Wedding Services was exceptional! She took her time helping me choose my flowers; had tons of suggestions; was extremely professionl; and most importantly - she has a passion for what she does. All of this is expressed in her gorgeous arrangements. Best of all, prices were very reasonable! I highly recommend Sweet Pea Floral.

Steve was FABULOUS!!! We knew it would rain during our wedding, so he was so flexible in staying a bit longer to accommodate our plan B setup. He is a GREAT officiant!!!!

Steve, the officiant, was really wonderful to work for. He was really patient with us, and the ceremony went very smoothly. Steve was very responsive to our needs and made our wedding day a special occasion for everyone!

Sweet Pea was, by far, my favorite vendor from my wedding. Sonya spent a lot of time with me, making sure that we had the same vision of the wedding. She provided ideas and honest feedback to help me figure out what I wanted. Her florals were stunning and are often a point of conversation in my album. She even surprised me with the use of my mother's veil in my bouquet in a beautiful way. I would absolutely recommend Sweet Pea.

Steve and Sonya were the best. The flowers were everything that we asked for and more. Sonya was able to make my wife's vision of her "perfect wedding" a reality! Steve was warm, professional, and handled the ceremony beautifully. We couldn't have been happier with Sweet Pea Wedding Services.

Sweet Pea Wedding Services were the best vendors I could ask for to cover the floral and Officiant services of our wedding. Sonya was so amazing in her ability to help me select flowers that were not only beautiful, but perfect for location and time of day specific to our event. Steve was great in his officiating and was so helpful in allowing us to customize the wording and to help us make the ceremony just what we wanted. As a Florist, Sonya understood me, offered fantastic ideas & advise. She was cheerful and a wonder to work with.

Steve's was very professional yet calm, relaxed and helpful in the mounting chaos just before our ceremony. This really helped me relax and overcome my nervousness. I loved the idea of a wine ceremony for I had never seen one. I felt our ceremony was truly unique to us, for Steve spent the time to find out about us and how we met and what made our relationship special.
Sonya's Floral designs are truly eye candy. After seeing her work I could not imagine hiring another florist.
