Our cake was exactly as we wanted it. Kathy creates cake masterpieces, and she found the perfect combination between understanding what we wanted and using her own knowledge and artistic creativity to create our wedding cake. Not only was it beautiful, but it was delicious!!! We had the traditional yellow with butter frosting, but for our rehearsal dinner she made a 7-layer chocolate cake that was so rich and creamy, it tasted like pure fudge. She does not sacrifice flavor for beauty, nor beauty for flavor.

I worked one on one with Sweet Expressions to design my perfect cake...It was absolutely GORGEOUS & Exactly as I pictured it! It tasted better than any cake I have ever had. I could not have been any happier with Kathy & the rest of the Sweet Expressions crew!! Absolutely AMAZING!!!
