  We loved working with Taryn from Swanky I Do's. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us create a design board based on the style and colors we wanted. We started planning just under a year in advance and she really guided us through the process. From choosing our venue, to suggesting vendors, to overseeing our contracts with each vendor and always keeping in mind our budget. The best part is in the final 8 week count down until our big day, Taryn really took full control of contacting each vendor to ensure she had all contracts together and made our final itinerary. She was easy to talk to, available when we needed her, understood the style we wanted, stepped in when we needed her even more, and coordinated a wedding dream come true. We were able to relax on our wedding day, knowing that Taryn would create a seamless event. I would recommend Taryn and Swanky I Do's to any future bride.

  We could not be happier with Swanky I Do's! Stephanie and her team were amazing throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Stephanie provided great vendor recommendations and was always ready to provide advice or info on anything I needed during the planning process. The month leading up to the wedding she made me feel as at ease as possible by confirming details with all of my vendors and creating a very detailed timeline for everyone - she definitely saved my sanity with that! On the day of the wedding, the Swanky I Do's team made sure everything was set up perfectly, ran smoothly and helped keep us on schedule. We would definitely recommend Swank I Do's to anyone!

  We cannot say enough good things about Swanky I Do's, Stephanie, and her team. Our package was a "Day-of-coordination", but it was so much more! Stephanie was with us throughout the entire process, helping us with vendor recommendations (who then gave us discounts because of her referral), instantly available via phone and email, attending vendor meetings with us, and helping us think of things we may have missed as we planned the wedding. It was invaluable to have her, Taryn, and Ashley on the day of the wedding. Our day of timeline was done by them, and it had every detail of where all the vendors should be, down to the minute. It was so wonderful to be able to show up with everything done and in place, no family or friends burdened with the chore. Everyone, including us, was able to enjoy every moment of the day! They really delivered a personable service so far above and beyond what we expected. We trusted them fully and they truly are so personable and wonderful to work with. We can't thank Stephanie and team enough for all they did to make our wedding day so enjoyable and wonderful!!

  Stephanie and her team did the most amazing job even through the chaos of losing my venue three months from our wedding day!! I found out our venue was closing and they could no longer allow us to hold our reception there but Stephanie was so accommodating and immediately made her main focus helping me find a new venue! Taryn helped us the day of and she worked so hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. I felt so at ease and can't thank her enough! Our day ended up being nothing but absolutely beautiful that we will cherish the rest of our lives!

  One of the best decisions of the entire wedding! I seriously cannot say enough great things about them! Ashley was our planner and she was one of the sweetest people ever to work with. She had an answer to every question and knew what to suggest and how to run the day to make it the most perfect and special day. She was always available and super quick to respond.   In the interest of full disclosure, I have known Stephanie since we were in Middle School. She is one of my closest friends and we were bridesmaids in each other's weddings. Obviously I have a vested interest in this review but as Swanky I Do's has SO many great reviews, you don't have to rely on just mine. Hopefully I can just add a new perspective though!
  Stephanie is passionate about weddings. She always has been. She knew she wanted a career in Event and Wedding Planning so at 18 when she went to college, she specifically went to get that degree and gain that experience. After college and many years in the industry, she started Swanky I Do's with a dream and a vision. She's one of those "pick a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life" lucky ones and so is her team. Quite simply, this isn't a job. It's a life's passion. I know from first hand experience because Stephanie helped me plan my international destination wedding from AUSTRALIA to TEXAS!
  I picked a doozy when we decided to have our wedding in Texas while living in Australia and I know that without a doubt, my budget would have been at least $10,000 more without Stephanie's resources, advice and guidance as my Wedding Planner. Her input meant I knew the exact questions to ask the venues when I was interviewing them and then afterwards, she took one look at their responses and knew straight away who I should avoid and who would be great to work with. She did the same with DJs, photographers, caterers, florists, linen rentals, you name it. Every single decision I made was so much easier, faster and cost effective because I had her extensive knowledge behind me. I had so much peace of mind in my decisions!
  As a personal friend and as someone who's been lucky enough to have Stephanie as my own Wedding Planner, I cannot recommend her enough. She is passionate about what she does and she and her team will be the best resource you could ever have to help you plan the best day of your life.

  Stephanie was a pleasure to work with! We were married at Bella Collina and did not go the about things like many other brides do :) Stephanie listened to our wishes and helped us create an intimate, amazing, lovely, ceremony and reception! All of my vendors told me she was awesome to work with and we are so thankful she was there to help us create the best day ever!!!! I would highly recommend her!!!!

  These women know what they are doing ! Tayrn did everything for me with out me even asking. She completely took the stress off of me and let me enjoy my day :) Very professional team and when I needed them, literally I never waited more than ten minutes.

  Stephanie and Taryn are FANTASTIC! They took the time to listen to my thoughts and ideas and put it all together to make my wedding absolutely perfect! I am a high energy OCD type and thought I could "do it all myself"-Boy was I wrong. Taryn helped me organize everything from start to finish, presented drawings/charts/layouts, kept me on track with my timeframe, presented plan B options I didn't even know I needed and allowed me to enjoy the planning process.   Stephanie and Taryn were delightful to work with. They were very professional and helped us keep organized as we planned the details of our daughter's wedding. Bringing up questions that we hadn't considered avoided problems that could have spoiled the wedding weekend. Our daughter says that this was money well spent, especially as we got close to the wedding date and were hit with many last-minute details. Everything went off beautifully.

  Oh my gosh. What can I not say about Stephanie and her team? They were all angels for my wedding! I worked with Stephanie throughout the design process and she worked with my broken vision and really brought everything together. She knew exactly what I wanted and suggested things I would have never thought about. She was always available for small questions and came to every meeting with me. She worked via email, in person, text and phone calls. She really brought the entire wedding process to a point where it wasn't too much work or stressful for me. Then, on the actual wedding day, it was seamless! She and her team did everything and my husband and I didn't have to do a thing! She even handed out tips, and made sure we had drinks/food when and where we wanted and kept all of the family drama that everyone has away from us. It was more than words can express! Their work made our wedding day much more memorable and wonderful than I can ever explain! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  I cannot say enough about Stephanie and her team. Our ceremony was at First Presbyterian Church of Orlando and the cocktail hour/reception was held at the Orlando Museum of Art. Both venues were fantastic to work with. Alyssa the the museum is fantastic to work with. Stephanie made our day flow seamlessly, starting with great communication with my vendors weeks in advance. Every contract was confirmed, manifest was extremely detailed, and she created a "team" atmosphere for my vendors. Everything from decor placement to the flow of the evening seemed effortless and it allowed us to enjoy our day with each other, family & friends without worrying about a thing - which is what I think a wedding day should be about!! Our other vendors included, Amalie Orrange Photography, A Chair Affair, The Rose Company, Premier DJ Entertainment, Over The Top Linen, Arthur's Catering, M3 MakeUp, Publix (Cake), and VIP Transportation Services...all of whom we were thrilled with and would recommend. Thank you, thank you, thank you to SWANKY I DO'S for providing top quality service & hospitality! We will recommend you to ALL of our engaged friends. Warmly, Luke & Shannon

  I could NOT have done our wedding without the amazing team at Swanky I Dos! I had 16+ vendors for our wedding extravaganza, it truly was a huge event! We transformed not one but two parts of the venue , had cirque performers, ice sculptures, multiple entertainment, 2 DJ set ups, and much much more! Every Coordinator was there to ensure the day went smoothly, they went above and beyond to take care of our bridal party and myself during the day of the wedding. During the actual planning process everyone at Swanky would make sure contracts were taken care of and all logistics and details were finalized in time and properly. I have already recommended Swanky to two future brides and would recommend to 1 million more. This team is truly so genuine and care so much about each individual client and will make sure your day is flawless and beautiful! I will even credit them for the beautiful weather, it was raining all day and magically it all cleared after the ceremony!

  Our experience with Swanky I Do's was nothing but exemplary from start to finish. She had great suggestions, very punctual, detail orientated, and keeps everything in order along the WHOLE way of your planning! My wedding went off perfectly and in great order all thanks to her and her assistant Shannon, highly recommended!

  I can't say enough good things about Stephanie. The beginning stages of planning were a little shaky (by no fault of her own). She immediately made things right and helped me have an amazing wedding day. All of my guests have said how beautiful everything turned out and all the credit goes to Stephanie. Planning a wedding from a different state is not easy, to say the least, but having Stephanie in my corner made things a lot less stressful. Never once did I feel like I was just another client; she's very patient and always answered all of my questions, even when I asked the same one a million times like a crazy bride :)

Stephanie was amazing she picked up all of my wedding decor and supplies 2 weeks prior to my wedding and made sure we walked through every detail and she gave timelines out to all my vendors and had everything scheduled perfectly! Everyone said that my wedding was so well organized and seamless. Thank you to Swanki I do for making my day the best ever!   Swanky I Do's put together a spectacular evening! It was more beautiful than we could have imagined, and the tea light-lit foyer was magical. The ballroom was electric. The comments we've received from our guests have been overwhelming. Everyone was wowed by the attention to detail and beauty of the event. I knew we would have a great time, but it's something else entirely to see every guest out of their seats and having a great time too. When I looked around the dance floor, I knew we had succeeded. Nothing says "great wedding" like a packed dance floor. The band Swanky recommended was phenomenal.
  
  From the time we hired Swanky I Do's, Stephanie (the owner) took excellent care of us. On the day of the event, there was little my husband and I could do, but sit back and enjoy every minute. And that we did! To be told by your guests that the wedding was flawless and the best they'd ever been to is the highest compliment paid. It is truly a testimonial to the work they do.

  Hollie from Swanky I Do's was our wedding coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely fabulous. She made the wedding go so smoothly. I had vendors come up to me and compliment me on how detail Hollie was and how delightful she was to work with. She really was great. She took so much stress off of my shoulders and the wedding went off without a hitch. Hollie is professional and friendly and anyone who gets the opportunity to have her as their coordinator is very blessed.
