I wanted a beachy wedding cake for my South Florida wedding. Susie Scrumptious delivered a completely gorgeous 3-tier cake with fondant icing and white chocolate seashells all over. We added a beachy bride and groom topper and some bright flowers and it was totally perfect. It took my breath away. My parents picked the coconut flavor cake. It was very tasty, moist, and kept the beachy theme going. (Although it was a little bit too sweet for my taste - I'm a dark chocolate lover and was more concerned about the appearance of the cake anyway). OH, and she delivered this amazing cake with only 2 weeks notice, since my parents decided to switch vendors at the last minute. She even met with me a few days before the wedding to make sure the look would be what I wanted.

YUM YUM YUM. That's all I can say. They are the sweetest people and Susie sure knows how to bake. My guests ate it all! So good. Go for a Saturday tasting and see for yourself! She's an amazing designer, and so patient. I changed my mind several times and she didn't mind at all, made the most creative grooms cake! Love it!

Our cake from Susie Scrumptious Sweets was exactly what the name says, SCRUMPTIOUS!! We ordered an ivory 3 tier dotted pearl cake with cascading blue orchids and it was so beautiful!!! The cake not only looked beautiful but it was absolutely delicious!!! We ordered the key lime cake with fresh raspberries and coconut cake. Our guests told us that it was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend Susie Scrumptious for any cake needs.

Susie is absolutely amazing. She worked with me to create a cake that was everything I wanted and dreamed of. The cakes they make are absolutely delicious. So many people complimented me not only on the appearance of the cake but how delicious and moist it was. She truly is an artist with cakes and she exceeded my expectations. Meeting her for the first time - I knew she would make everything perfect. I would recommend Susie's Scrumptious to anyone.

I provided a picture of how I wanted the cake to look, and it was flawless! Looked exactly how we wanted it to. It also tasted amazing! We had vanilla cake with dulce de leche in the middle, all of our guests commented how amazing the cake was! I wish I lived closer to Susie's scrumptious sweets so I could use her for other special events!! We could've have been happier!! Amazing job Susie! Thank you!

Our cake was minimalistic yet elegant and thanks to Susie, the cake was delicious! We didn't even wait to freeze the top layer for our one year. We ate what was left after the honeymoon! They have tastings on saturday's with heaping portions so everyone can have an opinion. We had two different flavors, one was butter rum and the other was a champagne that was DELICIOUS! Even when the number of guests exceeded our initial estimate, they accommodated us without a fuss.

Susie and her husband Wilt are so friendly and we loved going to our tasting and having wilt there making jokes and making us feel like family. The cake was amazing and it was so delicious. We would highly reccomend Susie's scrumptious cakes to any bride. The cakes from susie's are to die for!!!

Suzy did a great job, our cake was scruptious and beautiful. We had an almond cake with amaretto chocoloate truffles and everyone loved it. Would be happy to recommend Suzy for any occasion!

We had Susie's make our wedding cakes and a groom's cake. The wedding cakes were one large cake on top and then 4 tiers of mini cakes on a stand in different flavors. The groom's cake looked like a Honda Element and it looked so amazing that my new husband didn't want to cut the cake...that was until he tasted it! Susie's cakes not only look amazing, but they taste even better! The flavors we chose were almond, decadence, coconut, carrot and chocolate chili. No one at our wedding could decide which flavor was the best one and I have to agree.

Is it wrong that I wanna get married again just to have another one of her cakes? LOL

Susie's is great. Not only is there a tasting every saturday afternoon, but they will work with you to make sure the cake you want is the cake you get, plus their cakes are amazingly good. All of my friends use Susie's for their weddings, bridal and baby showers, and birthdays. I have already ordered my first anniversary cake and I will not go another birthday without a cake from her.

As part of our wedding package the wedding cake was included. At the hotel they don't actually make the cakes you get to chose from two vedors. Susie's was one of the vedors. From the moment we walked into the bakery you feel at home and welcomed. Any given Saturday afternoon you can stop by and have a free sampling of all the delicious flavors there are to taste, and let me tell you they are all delicious. We went with a simple marble flavor for all the layers to be safe, and as I was going through the many pictures I brought and the many photo albums Susie said "why don't you tell me what your thinking" so as I described my perfect wedding cake she started to draw it without photos and then said, "Oh there is one like you are thinking in this album here, and one in this other album here." The cake was delicious and as I had gone through the planning process thought I wanted fondant because of the look but, the way Susie does her cakes she can make buttercream look just as perfect and it tastes good, so who needs the yucky taste of fondant?

For my wedding cake, I went with Susie's Scrumptious Sweets in Sunrise. It ended up working out perfectly because she is the baker at The Westin Hotel where I had my reception. I am so pleased with the way my cake turned out. My husband and I didn't want a traditional wedding cake. We both had fallen in love with a Mad Hatter cake. We found a picture of it online, printed it out and took it to Susie. We asked her if she could do it and she said yes. Well let me tell you, when I walked into my reception room and saw my cake I had a smile on my face from ear to ear. It was perfect!! She had it looking EXACTLY the way the picture looked. Everyone was talking about the cake all night long. And of course it was delicious!! You can go on the weekends to her store in Sunrise and do a cake testing. They do it every weekend and you get to sample some of the best, most delicious cakes ever! Also, check out her website so you can see all of her work she has done in the past. She really is very talented and has made some amazing cakes. I am so glad I went with Susie's Scrumptious Sweets. I recommend them to everyone for any occasion!

Susie was very professional and easy to work with. I loved that we were able to sit at a cake bar and taste her yummy treats. We liked her so much, that she created our rehearsal dinner cake as well.

The wedding cake was the one thing the groom cared most about. Since he is from Argentina, it had to be a Dolce de Leche cake with buttercreme frosting. I found a picture of a cake we loved, emailed it to her, sent her a sample of the color we wanted and she nailed it!!! It looked as good as the picture and smelled amazing. Made you almost want to skip dinner and go right to cutting the cake. Susie delivered the cake to the venue herself in ample time before the ceremony even started so the florist could decorate the table. When it came time to cut the cake ... Wow!!! The slice was beautiful and tasted AMAZING!! I would not hestitate to hire to Susie to do your cake. She came highly recommended to me.

The cake is delicious! We had cupcakes with the small cake on top. Just perfect!
