We ordered our wedding flowers from Susanne's- centerpieces, altar arrangements, bouquets, bouts. & corsages. At our consultation, they were really great to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted & they worked with me to understand what I was picturing & also on the pricing. The customer service was really great. The deliveries were perfect. Everything went to the correct places at the correct times.

The centerpieces were beautiful. We had 2 different styles on alternating tables. They were exactly as I pictured them. The church altar arrangements were beautiful as well.

The bouquets were beautiful- roses & lillies. I got a lot of compliments on them. The only complaint I have is that I noticed the flowers were somewhat wilted. The just did not look as fresh as I would expect. Other than that, I was very pleased with Susanne's.

I met Suzanne when we hired her to do my daughter's wedding in 2006. My youngest daughter got married this past October and the greatest review you can bestow on a vendor is to hire them again. When my daughter got engaged Suzanne was one of the first vendors I contacted to make sure she was available. Suzanne thinks about your whole wedding day. She gave us insight on time frame, ideas for the church and ideas for the venu. At the last minute I decided to decorate my railing inside our home due to the weather and ordered ribbon and flowers. Suzanne without me asking came to the house and decorated my railing. Thank you Suzanne, Deanna and Priscilla for all your time, patience and most of all your talent for bringing the ideas of my daughter to life on her wedding day. You truly have and exceptional gift. Susanne was the only florist I met with, in our original meeting she took all the confusion out of choosing a florist that I knew she was the right vendor from the beginning. She sat down with me and discussed the details of flowers for every aspect of our wedding, from bouquets and corsages for the wedding party, parents, siblings, etc to flowers for my hair and cake. The value was phenomenal, I was able to get calla lillies and orchids without breaking the bank and ended up under budget. Susanne understood that everyone had a budget but wanted to make sure that you got the flowers you wanted. Everything was absolutely beautiful.

Susanne's Flowers did an excellent job with the flowers for our wedding-we recieved so many compliments on the way the flower colors 'popped' together and how beautiful the flowers were. I did not go into the meetings with too many ideas of how I wanted the flowers to look exactly which I think was part of what helped the flowers come out so perfect. I really let Susanne and her crew do what they do best-create beautiful arrangements. I presented some ideas, and then also accepted and asked for her professional advice on what would go best together. The result was beautiful flowers that looked awesome in all the bouquets and on all of the tables! Thanks Susanne!!!!

Overall, I was disappointed with the flowers from Susanne’s Weddings. The flowers weren’t bad, but when you spend $3000 on flowers for your wedding, you expect beautiful flowers- not just average flowers.
The bouquets were pretty, but not what I had asked for. I wanted my bouquet to be more purple, less pink, and more of a splash of color- and I ended up with more pink, muted colors, and less pop. I was very specific about this and even gave Susanne a picture of what I wanted it to look like. Ironically, the flowers that my mom and the mother of the groom had were the exact color that I wanted in my bouquet. We also discussed in our meetings that the bridesmaids bouquets would be different than mine, and yet they looked the same as mine but smaller. To be fair, the groom’s boutonnière was beautiful. My dad’s looked nice too, but the father of the groom’s wilted early on.
Two out of the three centerpieces were pretty. The two that were pretty were the ones I had suggested in our meetings and brought pictures of. They involved submerged roses, which in our first meeting Susanne said was not possible do, but after researching I found out that we could and showed her what I wanted. She then had suggested a third centerpiece, which although seemed like it would be a good idea, turned out to be ugly. My mom hated it. It had too much green leaf wrapped around inside of the vase. We thought we were going to see light green stems in a clear vase, not all this dark green color. I now regret following her advice to have a third centerpiece, and wish we stuck to the two I wanted from the get-go. Also, when you have three different centerpieces, you’d think you’d space them out evenly around the function room, but I saw in our pictures three tables that were near each other that all had the same centerpiece.
The best piece she did was the large vase of flowers at our entry table where the place cards and guest book were. That was striking, and really unique.
There were some things we paid for that were left out completely. We were supposed to have small centerpieces on our cocktail hour tables that were then to be moved to the high-top tables near the bar during the reception. Well, they were only used during the reception, and they were not used during the cocktail hour as we had discussed. We were also supposed to have some sheer draping at the ceremony entrance, which was non-existent.
I don’t think lack of communication is the culprit either, as I had three meetings at Susanne’s Weddings, including one final meeting close to the date to review everything one last time. I also kept in touch a lot by phone and email. They were very good at returning calls and emails. In our second meeting, she kept us waiting a long time past when we were supposed to start our appointment while she was on the phone going over flowers with another bride. This was very unprofessional. Once she sat down with us, though, she was always nice and made me feel like I was in good hands, which is why I trusted her and expected more of them. The way they handle their paper-work is extremely out-dated and messy. My contract was a handwritten mess of notes from our meeting. I’m not sure why they don’t use a computer?
We originally chose Susanne because she was less expensive than another florist we met with, and I thought she might be better because she specializes in weddings, but we were wrong. In the end she ended up being more expensive because she jacked up the price so much from the original estimate. We did add on a few things since our original meeting, but not enough to warrant tagging $700 extra onto the bill. Nice flowers, but not anything special, and in many cases- not what we had asked for.

Susanne was very nice. Our first meetig was great. We had very detailed conversation about exactly what she was going to do. I was completly confident in her ability. My bouquet was planned to be bright coral/orange/yellow roses with small accents of white "sprinkled" throughout. She reccomended orchids/lady slippers. On the day of the Wedding the flowers arrived 1 hour after the delivery time.The bridesmaids bouoquets were beautiful. My maid of honors bouquet was supposed to be different colors from BM to stand out, but it was exactly the same as the rest of them. My bouquet was smaller than we planned so it ended up being the same size as my bidesmaids. It had roses similar to the colors that we discussed and 3 HUGE green (orchids I think) they looked like the skin of pepperoncinis. They were ugly and took over the bouquet. (they looked nothing like the pictures that she showed me). I was so dissapointed!! The rest of the flowers were nice and I was pleased with how they looked.

Susanne did a wonderful job with the flowers for our wedding. I was a little weary after our centerpiece demo beecause I had told her FUSCHIA flowers and the centerpieces for created to show up were PURPLE! So i was a little nervous...but she delivered on the wedding day - everything was delivered on time and she did a wonderful job, all of the bouquets were perfect and the centerpieces were perfectly fuschia and beautiful!

Very thrilled with Susanne's. I met with Susanne alongside my maid of honor to figure out all flowers. Now, we had met with another florist before, and it was a DISASTER, so I was so wary going into this. But Susanne was so sweet and worked completely flower-illiterate girls through everything. What made me really happy is, when I told her that I didn't want a gigantic head-table arrangement, she came up with an incredible alternative (unlike the first vendor, who essentially told us that we were out of our minds not to have a gigantic head table arrangement). When the total came up to be too big, she went through it again and replaced some expensive flowers with less expensive alternatives.

Flowers were delivered on time, were positively beautiful. My bouquet was prettier than I could've imagined. Very, very happy!

I had a pretty good experience with Suzanne's flowers. The first meeting I felt a little bit pressured to buy moe flowers than I really wanted but I figured I could always reduce the amount later, which I did...and the women I dealt with (forget names) were really great about it, it was no problem (and later when I needed to add some back...then change the vases, then the delievery time) they were always really super nice, picked up or emailed back right away, and sent me the revised contract very quickly. The flowers were delievered on time, everything was there, arrangements were beautiful, just what I ordered, no problems....except the girl that set them up (from suzannnes) put the centerpieces for the parents tables in the back of the room on the tables for the least important ppl there (and they were totally different, much larger and more ornate), it was really disappointing. In all, I would recommend just have someone check the arrangements.

Susanne's came as part of the package we got at the Wyndham Hotel, and they were a happy replacement for the disaster place we went to in the beginning! We met with Susanne directly and she was such a pleasure to work with! Being flower-illiterate, she worked with us and our colors to come up with some really beautiful but inexpensive flower choices. The centerpieces came with part of the package, but we decided to go with them for all our flowers, and did they ever deliver!! Our bouquets were stunning to say the least! And the centerpieces were so simple, elegant, and fun. They did a great job on all the flowers, and made our wedding looks gorgeous!

I love Susanne's! The flowers were amazing. I am not a big flower person but she was very easy to work with to insure that I got the best flowers for my wedding day. She is amazing!

I contacted Susanne a short time before my wedding. She was very accomodating and fit my bouquet and boutonniere order in to her schedule. I went in with pictures and she was well aware of my wedding colors and flower choices as we had a great initial meeting. I almost choked when I saw her price, but I thought she was a designer and because I love flowers I would be wowed, so I said ok. I was very disappointed on my wedding day with a MAJOR substitution and the fact that the basis of my bouquet (the orchids) there were only a few and jam packed with the cheaper flowers I picked to fill in...amongst a few other issues. Susanne was very nice when I expressed my feelings to her, but when I went back to reply to her my email was intercepted by her daughter/manager who proceeded to pretty much tell me off and said she wouldn't be telling her mom I contacted her. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am a business person and would NEVER treat a customer that way especially since I had never met her and she had incorrect information. I haven't contacted them back, because I feel so disrespected. I don't want another bride to have a sour feeling like I do...save your money and go somewhere else!
