Our DJ Doug O'Rourke was phenomenal. He was professional and did a great job listening to all of our requests and song choices. He made the whole process extremely easy. Doug also did all of the lightening for the event. We had our wedding at the Society Room of Hartford and Doug did all the lighting and staging for the entire hall upstairs and downstairs. It looked absolutely beautiful. Doug did the music for the ceremony as well, procesional, recessional etc., it was all fabulous. At the end of the night when everyone was out on the dance floor Doug did a great job keeping the excitement and energy up, every one danced, and everyone had a wonderful time.
It was such an amazing wedding, and Supersound productions was the entire lighting and entertainment. I would absolutely recommend Doug O'Rourke to a friend. He did an awesome job.

DJ Doug was just fabulous to work with. He is positive, energetic, professional and very responsive to the brides needs. He provided me with several consultations where I was consistently impressed by his expertise. During my wedding he adjusted the music according to the needs of our crowd and when I gave feedback (for example: I wanted a slow song) he changed the music immediately (well, after the song finished!). On top of that, he provided our venue with fabulous lighting that honestly, made the whole night! It turned our venue from pretty to stunning. I highly recommend DJ Doug, both for his DJ and lighting skills.

Working with DJ Doug and Supersound was a pleasure! Communication was easy and Doug was very accommodating with music and scheduling. We were so happy with the music and our guests were as well. One guest already asked for Supersound's contact info so she can use them at her upcoming wedding. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Doug.

We are so happy that we chose Supersound Productions to provide the music for our wedding. We presented a challenge by having an outdoor wedding under a tent, with our ceremony outdoors as well. The guys were able to provide music for our ceremony, the exact songs that we wanted. During the reception even, if a song was requested that they didn't have, they downloaded it on the spot! Everyone danced the night away at our wedding. To this day, guests are still complementing out choice of a DJ. We would highly recommending these guys. They truly go above and beyond for you, to give you exactly what you want for your special event.

We could not have asked for a better DJ. Coming from Vermont, he made time to meet with us to find out what we liked and how we wanted our reception to flow. He played our music and kept everyone moving. They were able to find the perfect music to make everyone dance, from 8 to 80, it was incredible watching both families have an amazing time and I just got to relax and enjoy myself. I have been to 3 weddings since then and the DJ's didn't come close to being as amazing, helpful, and in tuned to the party as Doug was for us. Almost a year later I still hear from family how amazing the dancing was and that is all in part to the wonderful work Doug and his co-workers do!

Let me just say that Doug is an amazing person to work with!!! He did my wedding on Oct 21st and He helped us customize our ceremony and reception music to fit my husband and me, it made our day that much more special. We also got the architectural uplighting and it made the mood so romantic and cozy, even if there were 175 people there!!!

Doug and Scott were great at our wedding. Doug met with us in the week prior to discuss everything and make sure that things would go smoothly on the day of. They did a great job throughout the night to keep people out on the dance floor. Both my fiancee and I were shocked by the number of people that danced throughout the night, as we had not expected much participation from our group of friends. We were very glad we went with Supersound Productions.

Doug was an excellent DJ. We were very specific and had some very off beat songs on our playlist and he played them all! He helped with the ceremony procession and every other detail on our wedding day. He was wonderful to work with and I would hire him again without a second thought.

DJ Doug-O's energy is contagious! Our reception was an absolute blast thanks to him! He knew just when to switch up the music to get a few more people out on the floor. He worked hard to involve all of our guests and help everyone have a good time. He was extremely professional, and very accessible in the planning phase. The survey that he provided to us in advance help guide us through selecting music for all of the parts of our reception. He played all of our "must play" songs and built a great music selection around our requested songs. We very highly recommend DJ Doug-O and Supersound Productions!

Doug from Supersound Productions was the best DJ! We were married May 30, 2010 and hired Doug a year prior. He checked in throughout the planning process and worked closely with us to create a song list that was uniquely ours. Not only did he play awesome music, but he also handled the bridal party introductions and acted as our MC for the evening. We got so many compliments from our guests about our DJ - everyone was dancing nonstop from the first to last song! The music at our wedding was so important to us and Doug surpassed our expectations. He didn't just push play and tune out...Doug watched the reactions of the crowd, adjusted appropriately and kept the party going. BEST DJ EVER!

Doug of Supersound Productions was responsive to our needs and worked with us to create the atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. He had a wide enough variety of music to suit all of our guests, from my dad to my husband's teen-age nieces and nephews. We booked him right before Thanksgiving for a wedding that was to take place right before Christmas. So it was important to find someone who was responsive enough to work with such a tight timeline. If anything, we were difficult clients as we had a tight timeline and we were in North Carolina planning a wedding in New England.

Doug also is a true professional. Our wedding was three hours from his home, in a driving snowstorm. He and his team were set up on time without any issues. They took the steps necessary to make sure there were no issues with the music at our wedding. If we ever have another event where we need a DJ, Supersound Productions will be our first call.

Doug and Scott are an awsome team to have at your wedding. They will help and do whatever you need to make your wedding day perfect as far as music goes. The lighting package they have is very good too, makes your wedding that much more memorable. They will color coordinate or do a variety of colors for you. Doug and Scott will definitely be recommended to friends for future events.
