I came into order 10 dozen cupcakes for my wedding and started with the $25.00 value where you have 7 days to place order. I ended up in the hospital and went to the Store on the 8th day and explained what happened and was told i was out of luck and there was no way for me to get my $25 credited to my total bill. I told them that the Cupcake Wars has gone to thier head and they have no compassion. I then actually want into the owner at an event and explained what happened and she was very rude and told me rules are in place for a reason. Rules should be a guideline, i understand that, but i had a valid reason and ever offered to show my dispatch papers. I was told NO and she walked away. I would never recommend this place to anyone no matter what the cupcakes taste like.

Sugar High Bakery did a wonderful job on our wedding cupcakes and gluten free cake. The cupcakes were wonderful and I still have guests asking for them! Also, I am gluten free and they make gluten free cakes and cupcakes that are phenomenal! I highly recommend Sugar High Bakery! You will be headed back to the bakery after your wedding for more cake:)

SugarHigh Bakery made me the most gorgeous wedding cake! Heather and Adam were great to work with and helped me plan the cake of my dreams. It was so hard to pick flavors because they were all so delicious, so we settled on three. Heather delivered the cake, and it looked perfect. We had a ton of compliments on the look and especially the taste! I will definitely continue to use SugarHigh and recommend them to everyone and anyone! They're dependable, talented and tasty!! Our cake was the talk of the reception! I loved the design of it and it tasted AMAZING! When I had mention what our flavors were (coconut w/ pineapple filling and tres luche) everybody was surprised and ate every last bit of our cake! I also like that they offer to bake a new 1 year anniversary cake instead of storing our top in the freezer. The only problem was they were a little hard to get a hold of but when you make amazing cakes like they do I wouldn't doubt how busy they are :)

I would not chose anywhere else to get a cake if you live in Michigan. We were allowed to take our tasting home with us so that we could share it with our family and we were given 12 different flavors to taste. They also include fondant over the buttercream for free! Our cake was amazing and everyone was talking about how wonderful it tasted. Many of our guests told us that they usually don't eat wedding cake but they had two or three pieces of ours.

I love this place!! We were referred here by our officiant and have never gotten cake anywhere else. Heather is amazing and created the exact cake I had in my head. It was elegant and delicious! I received an enormous amounts of compliments on the cake. We also had 5 dozen cupcakes, and Heather was more than accomodating when I needed to up it to 8 dozen cupcakes, and readily accepted any changes I needed to make to the cake, including the frosting colors on the cupcakes. We also were able to get 6 flavors of cake, so there was so much variety for our guests. This bakery is amazing, and we still go there to get our cupcakes!!
Also, if you don't freeze the top of your cake, Heather offers to make you a 6" cake on your one year anniversary!! Wonderful customer service, wonderful cake!

SugarHigh literally has the BEST tasting wedding cake that we had ever experienced! It was half the cost of the other bakery in Frankenmuth where we were married, and we had and extra tier!! The cake was exactly what I had in mind, it looked so much better than I had imagined!! Anything we wanted, SugarHigh provided. We live about 120 miles from SugarHigh and we drive there four times a year for our children's birthday cakes as well!!! We also stop in every time we visit Frankenmuth and grab a few of their amazing cupcakes.

I would recommend SugarHigh to EVERY couple looking for a wedding cake. The cake is going to look AMAZING and more importantly TASTE INCREDIBLE!!!

SugarHigh created a gorgeous wedding cake for me and some delicious Vegan Cupcakes for my guests with special dietary needs. Heather was a total professional, all the while she was very friendly and personable. The cake was very affordable, and had all of the grandeur I expected. Heather worked with me to create a beautiful, custom design that played off of our stationary. The only complaint I have is that I had requested a raspberry filling which for some reason did not make it onto the cake, instead there was plain buttercream. My guests didn't know the difference, and I received tons of compliments, but I knew and was somewhat disappointed.

I absolutely loved working with Heather at SugarHigh Bakery, from the moment we started our planning I knew we had made the Right decision. Her bubbly personality and fantastically amazing artistic skilled wowed us and we had no worries about how our cake and dessert bar would turn out. I sent her ideas and pictures that I would like and she was able to create a lovely display at our reception! On top of the presentation I of course have to mention the flavor, it was sooo great! We have contiued using their bakery for baby showers and birthdays!
