People haven't stopped talking about that drop-dead gorgeous band leader and the incredible music he led at my wedding. Hands down the best band I've heard live. Matt Lewis sang, scat, you name it. The music was just what the mood required. We never once wondered "why is he playing that?" He facilitated a non-stop frenzy of family and friends dancing and smiling. Jeff Stitely from the minute I called made my wedding a priority, even though I was such a freak about money. The Stitely Orchestra was the investment of a lifetime. All week long I could hear the music in my head and I thought about how fun my own wedding was!

We worked with the Chicago Groove Collection (a Stitely Entertainment Band). The band was great and really worked within our budget to provide exactly what we needed. They met with us beforehand and took great care in ensuring they understood our event style and the music we liked. The dance floor was full all night and they played songs that all ages enjoyed!

My father is a professional musician and retired band director, so finding a wedding band that met his picky standards was a challenge. But Stitely more than fit the bill. Their demo CD wowed us from the beginning, sounding far better than any other group we'd listened to. After meeting the leader, Jeff Stitely, in person, we were sold. He was friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. We had an interfaith wedding, and he was familiar with what would work and what wouldn't. He put all of us instantly at ease and delivered. Stitely provided our ceremony music -- going out of their way to find a clarinetist who could play the processional we requested -- and the solo piano for cocktail hour, as well as a jazz combo for dinner (amazing) and a full 10-piece band for our dancing. My dad was completely impressed, as were all the other guests. The group performed Celine Dion for the father-daughter dance, and I had my doubts -- she's hard to duplicate -- but they pulled it off fantastically. The compliments are still rolling in. They also made sure to hit every request we had, as far as I know, and were accommodating when a couple guests wanted to get onstage and play/sing along. They were, in a word, awesome. Definitely worth every penny.
