HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BOOK!!
My husband booked with SQ Party Bus for my 40th for August 8. Several problems:
1. The AC was not on in the back upon arrival and the bus was extremely hot. Driver said he didn't turn it on yet. En route, still extremely hot in the back and all guests sweating. Told the driver several times to please turn the air on/make it cooler. NO windows and NO AIR in AUGUST!
2. Several times when we opened the partition to talk to the driver, he was actively texting while driving--several witnesses
3. Driver stopped unexpectedly two times to turn around because "lost"
4. Rented the "Picasso" bus-- online says it fits 18-20 people but we were 15 and very very tight and uncomfortable. Online also states "multiple ice-filled coolers" and a TV...no coolers and the TV wasn't working
5. The driver stated he was having a hard time steering and he thought the fan belt was broken. We were stranded outside for over four hours and missed our dinner reservations. The driver kept saying the repair truck/backup bus would arrive in an hour and we waited over four. We would have taken uber or lyft had we know we would be stranded there that long. Got home super late and never got to eat.
6. My husband spoke with the owner Shane using the driver's cell phone and he said he would issue a full refund. My husband has sent two e-mails to Savannah (the Customer Relations Specialist) with no response. I called twice, the first time requesting a call back from Shane with no reply. The second, she hung up on me. I left a voicemail with no response.
I just filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ignore you if you experience any problems.
