Lynn is the consummate professional, from placing namecards on the church pews at the rehearsal so all flowed seamlessly from the beginning to encouraging our guests to form a great line of sparklers for a fun farewell to the bride & groom.
Lynn developed a timeline based on quarter hours so no detail was overlooked. Every vendor said he/she had never worked with anyone so organized and each vendor said that Lynn made his job easier.
She's aware of every aspect of the wedding as it's unfolding so that all is coordinated.
Her energy level is amazing – she even stayed 2 hours after the wedding to collect & box our many decorations & brought them to our house the next day.
Lynn has a great calming presence, could not be more pleasant and truly enjoys her job. She responded to my many calls & emails right away.
Lynn went above and beyond in helping with transportation arrangements for out of town guests, offering refreshments to the bride & groom during the photo session between the wedding & the reception and suggesting ways to acknowledge the grandparents.
The only mistake – we should have asked that she work with us throughout our daughter’s engagement – not just as our “day of” consultant.

I worked with Splash Consultant Lindsay Cameron on my wedding. She was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. We began planning my wedding via Skype while I was deployed, and her creativity and flexibility came through immediately. Lindsay was amazingly good at finding vendors who fit my style, needs and (importantly) budget. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event. She was highly organized and methodical, but also very good at some of the less concrete aspects of her job. She helped me navigate the emotionally charged waters of throwing a wedding when the bride's parents are recently divorced, for example, and she helped me do it with grace and class. I'm not sure what kind of wedding I would have had without Lindsay, but I can guarantee that it wouldn't have been nearly as much fun!

I found my planner to be a wonderful partner. I could talk to her about any issue - even personal ones - and she handled the topics professionally and with tremendous sensitivity and courtesy.
I knew that my event would go well but I could not have envisioined just how well it would go. Now, 4 months later, I am still getting feedback on what a "great party" it was. I could not have wished for anything more.

The group was extremely responsive and respectful of our ideas. Our wedding went very smoothly and the other vendors (DJ, photographers) told us how much they enjoyed having ASoE coordinate the event. Would definitely recommend couples find money in their budgets for them since this is the one expense that will actually reduce stress.

Martha's contributions towards the success of our wedding were invaluable. It was great for my bride and I to just sit back and relax the entire weekend knowing all the vendors were sorted out and everything was going to plan. Martha is the only wedding expense that actually restores sanity.

We got the day of wedding package with A Splash of Elegance. Our day of wedding coordinator was Lindsay Cameron. She was professional, very detail-oriented, and helpful in addressing last minute details as well as aiding in finding me a last-minute hairdresser! The first time we met her, she came with a binder full of checklists and things to do and she insisted on creating an emergency plan for the venue as well as a schedule of events for all our vendors, which was extremely useful!
The only con we have is that although the contract detailed that Lindsay may have an assistant, we never met the assistant until the day of the wedding. In addition, the assistant guided the wedding party through the ceremony, but the timing was off and was not what was practiced during the rehearsal! I would definitely recommend that if you do decide to use A Splash of Elegance you insist on meeting the assistant before the day. Otherwise, we thought the services were great albeit a little pricey.

At first, we hesitated with even having a wedding planner but we are both SO grateful that we had A Splash of Elegance and Lindsay! From her knowledge of the various vendors to day-of tips to just keeping me (the bride) sane, her expertise was worth its weight in gold. We received many comments from guests about how friendly she was and how helpful she appeared to be. I would recommend A Splash of Elegance and, specifically, Lindsay, for any bride who wants the details perfect, but wants to relax and focus on the joy of the day.

I don't have enough kind things to say about Victoria and all the ladies at A Splash of Elegance. They made the whole process of planning my wedding from start to finish a breeze, I feel I was truly able to enjoy my wedding. Thanks again, I will definitely be referring you!

I have nothing but good things to say about the service provided for my daughter's wedding. In fact, I can't imagine how the day wiould have gone had it not been for Martha's calm direction at every turn. There were countless details which Martha was ahead of before they even occurred to us.
