I received so many complaints from my family members on both sides, much that I did not hear until after the wedding. I hate to give anyone a bad review but this experience was horrible. I ended up directing our reception myself. My in-laws had to step in so many times to make sure things stayed intact and flowed. Often she was no where to be found. The only positive thing I have to say is that she was organized up to actual execution and she did provide some creative suggestions through the planning process. I hired her so my family could just enjoy the day, but they ended up doing most of the work. I truly believe things would have been chaos without their help. Your wedding coordinator/planner is supposed to ensure the day runs perfectly or close to. My day was far from and thankfully most of the guests were unaware of how bad things were.
