Amy did an amazing job with our flowers! I brought in several specific pictures of what we wanted and they did exactly that and more! They were really willing to work with me and even did me a huge favor... I had picked out some tan columns I really, really wanted to set our ceremony arrangements on and somehow before my wedding, one of the columns went missing. I was pretty disappointed because I was going to have to have stark white columns which didn't really match the colors of my wedding. On the day of the wedding, some beautiful tan columns showed up and turns out, Amy had painted the columns for me to make our arrangements look perfect and even named them the Sapp columns after us! Additionally, above the service, their pricing is the best in town, especially considering what the final result is! Definitely trust Southern Bouquets for your wedding!

Our flowers were completely gorgeous! I did not have very specific ideas going into the planning--just an overall theme and favorite colors. Southern Bouquet created beautiful designs that I was so happy with. Very reasonable and very flexible.

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. Tamela did such a wonderful job. In my first meeting, she put me at ease. I brought in a couple of pictures and explained to her what I was thinking, and she said she knew exactly what to do. Everything was perfect. I was a little concerned because I wanted to use hydrangeas but they would not be in season...she reassured me that we would be able to use them and they would be beautiful, and she was right! She made our reception look amazing. I would highly recommend them! The only downfall was how far their office is from downtown Atlanta. It is well worth the trip, though.

All of our floral decor was simply stunning. We were married at Carl House, and rather than using the standard trellis, Tamela suggested we use sprays made of daisies, vibernum, bells of Ireland and Snapdragons that would cascade down the walls. They were absolutely amazing. As if the garden weren't beautiful enough, the sprays and potted daisies that lined the aisle somehow popped yet blended into the scenery. The bouquets were gorgeous as well. The bridesmaids bouquets were bright and sunny and my bouquet of peonies and champagne British roses blended perfectly with my ivory dress.
Southern Bouquets even went above and beyond. They scattered gerberas throughout the reception space and dressed up each and every inch of the venue. The ballroom was a pleasant surprise to walk into. The one and ONLY comment that I must say, and I hate saying, is that we had our consultation with Tamela and really discussed every little nitty gritty detail with her. Right before the wedding, we wanted to request a few changes and Tamela would not speak to us. Her assistants would call us, which was great because they were extremely nice and helpful, but our preference would have been to speak to the person that had heard my vision and brainstormed with me. She wasn't at the wedding setting up either, which turned out fine because the rest of her staff is so competent, but there were a few tiny (really in the grand sceme of things not that important) details that weren't right because Tamela was the only one that we had discussed those ideas with.
Overall, though, they are above and beyond worth it. They have a style that is all their own and I don't believe there is another florist in Georgia that makes arrangements and bouquets half as beautiful as Southern Bouquets.

She gave me very creative ideas to make the flowers beautiful and that is exactly how they came out...beautiful.
All of my guests were complimenting me on the wonderful bouquets I had and it made my special day even more special.

I went to Tamela and Southern Bouquets after I saw their work with hydrangeas. I wanted a very specific look with blue hydrangeas that no other florist could guarantee me. During our first meeting, Tamela assured me that she specialized in hydrangeas and that my flowers would be exactly what I wanted. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous... everything that I wanted!!! She also designed a floral arch for me based on an idea I saw in a magazine... and I'm still getting compliments on how beautiful it was!

Southern Bouquets really did make everything for my wedding perfect. On top of the flowers being so vivid, fresh, and extremely lush, they offered additional details I didn't even expect. The flower girl's flowers were so unique and incredible w/ all of the intricate colors and their posie handles...I can't tell you how grateful I felt when I first saw their flowers...then the bouquets. They could not have surprised me w/ their richness anymore than they did. I loved my bouquet so much w/ all of the different textures and softness of color combinations. The boutonnières were absolutely perfect as well as all of the mothers/grandmothers' flowers. All the moms kept their flowers afterwards since they loved them so much.
All I can say is I walked into the Ballroom to practice our first dance while the cocktail reception was going on, before the reception. I was completely blown away with the centerpieces immediately, which I've never experienced at any wedding before. I know everyone thought the same thing the whole night...even my wedding planner was shocked at how gorgeous they were (and she's seen A LOT of weddings).
Guests were really fighting to keep the arrangements the next day...not actually fighting, but definitely rushing to get to breakfast first where they could claim them. It was funny.
I can't compliment Tamela and her team's talent enough to give them justice. hopefully my wedding's photos will be posted soon so you can see more awesome examples. Their work is as true as it shows..and even better.

We didn't have many flowers because I wanted more candles, but I wish I would have had more of her georgeous bouquets. The flowers far exceeded my expectations...which was hard to do since I had an idea of my bouquet since I was little. Tamela has a true talent for what she does! We had an idea of a large center bouquet for the reception. It was far larger than I thought it would be, given the price. It caught my breath when I entered the room. Her pricing was a great value for what you got. They even brought it to our attention during set-up that we might want to set the room temp a little cooler so that the flowers won't droop through the evening. We would have never thought of that.

Tamela at Southern Bouquets exceeded my expectations with her vision and execution of the decor for my wedding. I wanted a rustic outdoor wedding and instead of the traditional pumpkins and spice we got heirloom hydrangeas and gorgeous terracotta roses incorporated with all of fall's glories. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with her and with my wedding. She bent over backward to give me what I wanted and then some. She even built me a custom stage, used her very own quilts and set the tone for my wedding of a lifetime. I will use her again in a heartbeat for any event I might put together.
I will say this too, she's a southern woman with grace and a quick wit. She's got a great mind for the creative and also a genuine desire to do exactly what I wanted. What a pleasure to get to know her.

The flowers were beautiful, and they worked very hard to go above and beyond what I had invisioned. But keep this in mind...pack your patience when trying to reach someone, and be prepared to fork over some serious dough..I guess all flowers are pricey!

My wedding was so beautiful and went off without a hitch thanks to Tamela of Southern Bouquets. She always went above and beyond what was required of her and made me feel as though I was her only bride. She is truly talented with her floral designs! Plus, her experience in the business really shows through her excellent day-of coordinating. We couldn't have asked to be in better hands! I would most definitely recommend Southern Bouquets to any bride and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know such an amazing individual.

Tamela has actually done both of our daughters' weddings. She was able to catch each of their visions for their weddings. She took their ideas and ran with them. Each daughter thought her bouquet was the prettiest she had ever seen. We loved all the flowers. Working with Tamela was easy and enjoyable.
