The quality of service is excellent, but make sure you discuss everything before booking. We had several change of plans along the way and they weren't too flexible to accomodate our needs.

Our wedding coordinator, Caroline Bertrand, provided outstanding service and professionalism. However, we were not happy with the level of service and professionalism offered by other members of the W South Beach.
