Her items were absolutely beautiful! They were dream clients! I worked with Marceline's mother for the entire process and she was very easygoing and trusted my judgment as to what would and would not look good. I loved all of their stationery!!
I am surprised about the responsiveness comment because her mom was in steady communication with my assistant Shannon, who is my customer service rep. (she is orders@SondrasInk.com). I was the one who did not respond very quickly, but I do tell clients to email Shannon if they want a fast and detailed response. I admit that I rarely respond to emails (unless it's an emergency or dialogue between the client and myself that has questions that need to be answered by me). This is not to be rude or to seem evasive, it is only due to the amount of emails I receive daily and the amount of time I would spend daily responding to them instead of designing and printing.
Alas... her programs were indeed finished the Thursday before the wedding. Not only did we completely change the design one week before the wedding, but my printer unexpectedly needed maintenance. However, we were in constant communication with her mother that week, keeping her updated as to when they would be ready to be picked up.Her items were absolutely beautiful! They were dream clients! Sarah was a doll! Very classy and unique items that get ooh's and ahh's even now at client meetings. Again, emailing is a very tough area for me since the business has gotten so busy. Jennifer's design was clean, simple, and crisp like a Tiffany's Box would look! Her color was a bit of a challenge but we found a perfect match!! This was an out-of-state bride who did not remember to order her programs and reception items until she came into town before the wedding. Lauren gave me one week to fill her very large order.
