I planned a wedding in Portland, OR, while living in Orange County, CA, and could NOT have pulled off my wedding without Krissa's help! She was fantastic- professional, had a great 'bedside manner', knowledgeable, detail-oriented, timely, responsive, reliable- everything you could want in a wedding planner.

So many people at my wedding commented how 'smooth' everything went, and it was all because I worked with Krissa and Soiree. I hired them for "day-of" coordination but they start helping by confirming appts, etc. 2 months prior. After being stressed out for most of my wedding planning, I was ironically, not stressed in the few days leading up to the wedding because she had everything taken care of and buttoned-up! I could enjoy it because she asked me all the questions beforehand so she could handle it all but exactly how I wanted things (and I am a perfectionist!). I literally only got one phone call and question on the day of my wedding, about setup, etc., and that was from my dad because he didn't have her number.

My married friends always said 'if I were to do it over, I'd hire a day-of coordinator'. I took their advice and am so happy I did. Do yourself the biggest favor you could do and hire them for (at the least!) the Day-of services. Highly recommend!

Molli and Krissa were a joy to work with planning our wedding. Molli gave us a lot of things to think about during the first meeting we had with her, including seeing each other before the ceremony. I am glad she did.. it was the most incredible experience and emotions I have ever felt! Our photographer cancelled at 5pm the night before our wedding and I called Molli who was at an event and she was able to rally a great photographer for us at last minute and that we could afford! She went above and beyond what we ever expected. Our ceremony and reception went seamless and we had so many people compliment on how smotth everything went. We could not have pulled it off with out Soiree!

When my daughter got engaged a year ago, we discussed the value of hiring a wedding planner. What I tell my friends today is, I am so grateful we hired Krissa with Soiree. She was worth every penny and more. On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere!!! She took care of items we would have forgotten about. We could not have done it without her. More important, every item we brought to the venue was returned to us. We didn't lose a thing. As the Mother of the Bride I wanted to enjoy the day and not be concerned with details. I would highly recommend the services of Krissa with Soiree!

We worked with Krissa at Soiree with their Jour du Mariage package. Krissa was amazing in every way. Leading up to the wedding she was extremely helpful in offering advice that fit in with our vision of our day. She troubleshooted issues that came up quickly and efficiently. We had chosen many vendors that were off the beaten bridal path and she jumped into working with new people seamlessly. She was extremely responsive whenever I had questions leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding, Krissa and her assistant Caroline were a pleasure to be around and we did not have a worry or a concern. When things didn't go according to plan she was quick on her feet to solve issues and keep the event flowing so that even we did were not aware of the problems until after the event was over. The only issues we really ran into had to do with schedules with our rentals arriving late and one of our shuttle busses full of guests getting lost, but Krissa just rolled with the punches and made sure everything got back on track. I cannot say enough about how glad we were to have a coordinator in the last weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on that day. We were able to have fun at the wedding without having to worry about a thing. I would hire Soiree again in a heartbeat.

Soiree planned my wedding in late summer and did just a fantastic job! I was very specific in my vision and style and Molli did everything she could to ensure my expecations were met. She was very easy to work with and it is very clear she has lots of experience. Her knowledge of the industry and vendors was a huge help during the planning process. But most importantly, my wedding exceeded all of my expecations! Everything was even more beautiful than I had pictured. I had the vision, but I couldn't have carried it through without her help. I would recommend her without hesitation. Hiring Molli was the first (and best!) decision we made.

Krissa and the whole staff were AMAZING! I was planning my wedding in Oregon and I live in Paris, so out of town is an understatement and I couldn't have done it without them! They did their job exceptionally well with grace, quality and kindness. Soirée is AMAZING!

We hires Soiree for a 'Day-Of-Wedding Planner' and they were amazing. I will definitely recommend them to other brides! I've never been married before and I have never planned a wedding, so I might be 'wrong' about the expectations I had for their service. I have to say their service was impeccable a few weeks before the wedding, but leading up to that I had to fight a little for their attention. Maybe that's what you get with a Day-Of-Wedding planner, and if so then they are great. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day, and I know Molli did a FANTASTIC job with everything.
I guess I just wish they showed a little more interest leading up to the wedding :) {But I might just be picky}

Molli and Krissa at Soiree are fantastic. My husband and I have very busy work schedules and when it came to planning the wedding we were so thankful we had Molli. It was difficult to stay up with what I was supposed to be doing and when. Soiree kept us on track and set up all our appointments so we didn't even have to think about it. I was able to really enjoy the planning process instead of stressing about it. I also ended up having a horrible mishap with my wedding dress and a not so good seamstress. She had one of her good friends at August Veils come to the rescue and did a complete re-do of the alterations just 2 days before the wedding. Needless to say I was freaking out, but it turned out perfect! In addition, the wedding day went perfectly. There were no issues and my now husband and I were able to enjoy our day and visit will all our friends and family as Molli executed a seamless ceremony and reception!

Molli and the rest of the women at Soiree were absolutely wonderful to work with. With their help our wedding was the most perfect day imaginable. During the planning process they directed us to the right vendors, they remembered all the little necessary details, and they helped us make decisions when we were indecisive.

The day-of coordination was flawless as well. They made everything perfectly seamless. Neither my husband nor I had to worry about doing anything the day of the wedding except enjoy ourselves. Somehow they also got us the most perfect sunny weather that Portland has ever seen! I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Soiree and I would highly recommend them.

We decided early on in the planning process that due to the size of our wedding, the location, and our busy work schedules, we would need some help. I was immediately impressed by Molli and Krissa at Soiree after interviewing several other wedding coordinators. They were both professional, easy to talk to, reasonable and proved to be nothing other than an excellent resource and worth every penny. From the first meeting forward, I had the utmost confidence that they would keep us on budget, and on task. My "to-do-list" was immediately cut to nearly nothing thanks to their help. They helped us choose other vendors, gave sage advice and coordinated all vendor meetings. They are both very detail oriented, which I needed when planning a 200+ person wedding an hour from my home.
All of our vendors commented that we had the "A-Team" of coordinators, and boy, where they right! Molli and Krissa provided us with everything we payed for and more. I wanted from the start, to not have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding, and they certainly came through. I would recommend a thousand times over their services. The day of the wedding, everything was attended to, our vendors were organized, my family and bridal party didn't have to lift a finger, and I was stressed in no way shape or form. They are well known in the industry, for good reason. We can't thank them enough.

Soriee planned and executed everything to perfection and beyond for my daughter and I. We have had mulitple comments on this being the most well planned, easiest, most beautiful and fun wedding ever attended! Even by brides who have already had their wedding! Molli and Krissa were amazing, and this celebration could not have been more perfect! Being from out of town, could have created a logistic issue, but from day one, they were on top of it, and we NEVER worried about a thing. This will be the BEST allocation of your budget ever decided upon! They are AMAZING!

My only regret is that I didn't hire Soiree to help plan the entire wedding. Krissa stepped in two months before the wedding and were there the day of. Krissa was a life saver, she thought of things I never would have and relieved so much stress for me.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Soiree. Based on their advertisement and marketing, I had expected a personalized experience, really building a relationship with the coordinator. This is not what I experienced. I feel like they communicated with my vendors and coordinated logistics, but this was all they did, and we signed with them because we expected a lot more personalized interaction. At times after emailing them we wouldn't get a response for a week. Again, this is not what I expected. Although they performed all the coordination duties as outlined in our contract, they did not do so with a personal touch, and at times I felt like they were bothered when I asked questions of them. It seemed at time like pulling-teeth to get a response or get information.
Although it was nice to not worry about coordinating logistics, I felt like had a known that is all they were going to do, unlike what we were told at our initial meeting, I would have gone with another coordination service.

Soiree really helped us create a smooth, well organized wedding! They did not disappoint when dealing with emergencies and averting mishaps at the day of the event. In particular, we unfortunately chose an awful venue, one with a greedy and uncooperative owner. On the day of the wedding, the venue had water leakages and power outages amongst other things. Soiree managed to handle all of the potential disasters with ease. Despite the owner running around trying to blame everyone for her faulty venue, Molli was able to manage these issues professionally and avoided needing to bother us during the wedding. We only found out about them afterwards when the owner emailed us taking credit for things she didn't do, and Soiree defended us from getting bullied from the venue. Our wedding would be nothing like how it turned out to be without their help.

Working with Krissa and Soiree was probably the best money we spent on our wedding. It was such a relief to know that Soiree was going to manage and coordinate all the details we wanted and felt were important on our big day. It can be such a stressful time and the assistance and peace of mind were well worth the cost.

Having Soiree as my wedding planner was the best money spent on my wedding without a doubt! Molli and Krissa were professional, extremely helpful, and so nice throughout the entire process. I am very detail-oriented and really doubted that any wedding planner could meet my expectations. I really felt that Molli and Krissa exceeded them! Even my skeptical husband agreed that it was worth every penny to have them involved (and probably more)! I was really able to enjoy myself on our wedding day instead of being stressed about little details.

They offer different packages depending on how much assistance you need, which was very helpful when planning on a budget. I chose the Celebration package (recommendations throughout the process with more hands-on involvement two months prior to the wedding), but I really felt there were a few times when they went out of their way beforehand (like negotiating a price with a vendor I really loved who was outside my budget) to make sure my wedding was perfect.

I e-mailed Molli and Krissa a million times throughout the year and they always responded promptly, even if it was to let me know they were still working on an issue and would have an answer in a few days. (I politely disagree with the one negative review on this website complaining of lack of response via e-mail.)

Their recommended vendors were equally great and it gave me peace of mind to have such wonderful people available on my wedding day.

In sum, my wedding was the best day of my life and I really owe it to Soiree!
