    I cannot say enough good things about having a day-of coordinator, but if you're in the Portland area--you simply must book with the team at Soiree. Our day was perfect and SEAMLESS, and this was a direct result of the efforts of Whitney, Trish, and Lina. You're stressed and emotionally overwhelmed enough on your day. These ladies made sure everything JUST HAPPENED around us without any involvement or decision making needed.

    From the site walk through to the rehearsal to the day of, they were there every step of the way with everything you need to have a smooth wedding day. Their time and knowledge is worth every penny. THANK YOU, SOIREE for making our day magical.

    Molli and her team were truly invaluable during the wedding planning process and at both the rehearsal and wedding. I choose to do their day-of package that includes support prior to the wedding with them taking the reins roughly two weeks in advance of your wedding. Soirée provided me with wonderful advice, vetted vendors, amazing checklists and incredible moral support. It was such a gift to know that I could turn to them when I had a question and to trust that they had every detail under control so that I could relax and enjoy my wedding day. The execution was flawless. If anything happened behind the scenes I still don't know about it. And that is what you are paying a planner to provide you with... the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you have capable professionals handling what needs to be handled. I cannot recommend Soirée, Molli and her team highly enough. They were a joy to work with and hiring them was truly money well spent.

    Molli and Nikki were wonderful. They started 2 months in advance helping us to plan our wedding and it went off without a hitch. We didn't have to worry about anything. They are fun, professional, and made us feel at ease. Thanks so much!!!

    We worked with Molli, Nikki and Jenny. Each one of them is so kind, organized, considerate and helpful! Honestly, they were perfect! As the mother of the bride, they made everything run so smoothly that i was able to relax have fun and enjoy our daughters wedding day! I have already recommended them to friends!~

    Nikki at Soiree was fantastic - she was organized, thoughtful and really helpful. Having her help allowed me to relax and enjoy the day instead of constantly worrying about details - I felt completely comfortable leaving all the details in her hands. Also on the day of, we had inclement weather and she was instrumental in allowing me to make a last minute decision on moving it indoors and still keeping it special and our decorations intact. I know all of our vendors felt very comfortable working with the team at Soiree as well.

    Soiree was great to work with. We chose the day-of service, so we still did most of the planning ourselves. However, it was nice to have the background support available when we needed it leading up to the wedding, and it was definitely nice to have someone else handling items as they came up on the actual wedding day.

    Thank the heavens for Molli, Nikki and the Soiree team!!! My (now) Spouse and I are a same-sex couple and we did not have a good experience with the first planner that we engaged. A friend that worked in the events industry recommended Molli and we are so thankful that he did. From the initial consultation, she treated us with great respect, compassion and caring. We knew before we left that first meeting that Soiree was the team for us.

    Soiree offers several options but we chose the full-service package. We are busy working professionals and we feared that we would not have the time or talent to bring our dream wedding to life. (#Bestdecisionever) Molli and Nikki were very responsive, friendly, and creative. They gave us the freedom to live our lives while keeping us on-track and on-budget.

    A year of planning FLEW by and on May 2, 2015, we were married. Molli and Nikki were with us through the entire experience and provided just the right recommendations to bring our magical night to life. We said in the beginning that we wanted to just walk in and enjoy our special day and that is exactly the experience that they delivered. We could not have asked for a more stress-free wedding and for that we will always be grateful.

    I can really only think of one minor "snafu" and that was associated with the venue's photo both. Molli had the issue resolved before I could even get back to the Ballroom to tell my new spouse that she was working on it. Like Event-Ninja's, Molli and Nikki were always present but very discrete. They have this amazing ability to anticipate needs and address them before you even ask and they treated us like their most valued client.

    At the end of one amazing evening, we literary just got in a vehicle and were whisked away to our hotel. It was worth every penny and the team at Soiree has our sincere thanks and absolute recommendation.

    The Soirée team makes up the best group of wedding planners you can find from Portland and beyond that. They can handle anything you throw at them and handle it all with a grace and kindness that will blow you away. They are worth their weight in gold and are so worth the little money they charge. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

    The ladies at Soiree are very professional, flexible, and helpful. They helped me find a package that worked within my budget which primarily involved "day of" event coordination. They began gathering information from me well in advance so that they had a clear understanding of my "vision." Then on the day of, Monique - my event coordinator, was AMAZING. Everything I was worried about got done. Everything was taken care of, and everything went smoothly and was beautiful. We had to deal with the fact that it rained during my outdoor wedding and I didn't even have to deal with that. Before I knew it, the dinner tables had been moved under shelter and all I had to do was sit down.

    Molli at Soiree was AMAZING! She was so organized, realistic, and a total pro at executing the event. She was real about letting us know what would work and giving us great feedback. She also had excellent relationships with tons of great vendors who were eager to work with us because of Molli's reputation and work ethic. The day of our Wedding was a dream come true because of Molli's hard work. We did the complete wedding planning package and given how much hard work she put in I feel like the service paid for itself months before we walked down the aisle. I highly recommend Molli and her team at Soiree, she made the hole process wonderful!

    I hired Soiree almost immediately after picking my venue because I knew I did not have the time or patience for everything that would be required to get a wedding off. I figured it would prob. be helpful to have some assistance. I almost immediately realized that it was way WAY beyond that. It quickly became apparent that the second best wedding related decision I made (after agreeing to marry my husband) was hiring Soiree! An example - instead of spending countless hours researching vendors, then calling several to find out if (a) they were in my price range (b) they were available on my wedding date and (c) when they could meet - I'd get an email from Soiree - "here are three ___ vendors in your prince range that are available on your wedding date. Here are the times they are available - what works for you?" Boom. Done. Not only that, but they constantly routed me to tried and true vendors who they had worked with before - so I knew I was getting a solid service for the right price. Time after time after time I was so thrilled and grateful for all of their incredibly hard work. All of my vendors were fabulous! Brandy worked so hard for me and helped create and pull off a beautiful and fun wedding with no drama, no disasters - just smooth sailing. I had a blast, my Mom had a blast - we weren't working on my wedding day, we were partying! Sure, a few very VERY minor things went wrong, but they were NOTHING and certainly nothing that Brandy had control over. There are so many moving parts to a wedding, there is always going to be something. Anything that could be controlled was controlled by Brandy, and beautifully! Not only that but she was a joy to work with - kind, funny, patient. I'm now watching a friend struggling through planning her wedding on her own while trying to, you know, have a life and work full time. She is STRESSED. I had very little stress and can look back not just on my wedding but on planning for my wedding fondly - Thanks ladies!

    Short version for those looking to skim ::
    Molli and her team at Soiree are fantastic! Great attention to detail, helpful at a moment's notice, very responsive, and conducted all details of our 80-guest Lake Oswego wedding with amazing "under the radar" tact and speed. 500% worth the cost - could not have imagined anything better for our big day!

    More detailed version ::
    We bought the "everything" package since I lived in Arizona and my fiance lived in Australia while we were trying to plan our wedding at The Foundry in Lake Oswego.

    All of the Soiree team were very attentive and responsive. Not only is this team professional, but they also have a great eye for detail. I don't know anything about flowers or what would look good in a space, or how a wedding flows together so I sent a meager "Pinterest" board and what I got day-of was everything I could have ever wanted but had no idea I wanted in the first place!! All recommendations they gave me I took without much thought and it all came together so beautifully. I even had a last minute alteration I needed on my dress and Molli quickly made an appointment for the next morning! Amazing!

    One of the most important things that I wouldn't have thought of is that Molli and Soiree have such an extensive network of wedding contacts that were all of the highest quality - from hair and makeup to alterations to last minute details, they have you COVERED and you won't even notice all the work that's going on around you, so NO STRESS EVER.

    After the wedding we received so many compliments and everyone had such an amazing time. I had a lot of friends say "I'm stealing this idea for MY wedding!!" Thank you so much ladies!! Incredible day we will remember for the rest of our lives!

    I planned a wedding in Portland, OR, while living in Orange County, CA, and could NOT have pulled off my wedding without Krissa's help! She was fantastic- professional, had a great 'bedside manner', knowledgeable, detail-oriented, timely, responsive, reliable- everything you could want in a wedding planner.

    So many people at my wedding commented how 'smooth' everything went, and it was all because I worked with Krissa and Soiree. I hired them for "day-of" coordination but they start helping by confirming appts, etc. 2 months prior. After being stressed out for most of my wedding planning, I was ironically, not stressed in the few days leading up to the wedding because she had everything taken care of and buttoned-up! I could enjoy it because she asked me all the questions beforehand so she could handle it all but exactly how I wanted things (and I am a perfectionist!). I literally only got one phone call and question on the day of my wedding, about setup, etc., and that was from my dad because he didn't have her number.

    My married friends always said 'if I were to do it over, I'd hire a day-of coordinator'. I took their advice and am so happy I did. Do yourself the biggest favor you could do and hire them for (at the least!) the Day-of services. Highly recommend!

    Molli and Krissa were a joy to work with planning our wedding. Molli gave us a lot of things to think about during the first meeting we had with her, including seeing each other before the ceremony. I am glad she did.. it was the most incredible experience and emotions I have ever felt! Our photographer cancelled at 5pm the night before our wedding and I called Molli who was at an event and she was able to rally a great photographer for us at last minute and that we could afford! She went above and beyond what we ever expected. Our ceremony and reception went seamless and we had so many people compliment on how smotth everything went. We could not have pulled it off with out Soiree!

    When my daughter got engaged a year ago, we discussed the value of hiring a wedding planner. What I tell my friends today is, I am so grateful we hired Krissa with Soiree. She was worth every penny and more. On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere!!! She took care of items we would have forgotten about. We could not have done it without her. More important, every item we brought to the venue was returned to us. We didn't lose a thing. As the Mother of the Bride I wanted to enjoy the day and not be concerned with details. I would highly recommend the services of Krissa with Soiree!

    We worked with Krissa at Soiree with their Jour du Mariage package. Krissa was amazing in every way. Leading up to the wedding she was extremely helpful in offering advice that fit in with our vision of our day. She troubleshooted issues that came up quickly and efficiently. We had chosen many vendors that were off the beaten bridal path and she jumped into working with new people seamlessly. She was extremely responsive whenever I had questions leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding, Krissa and her assistant Caroline were a pleasure to be around and we did not have a worry or a concern. When things didn't go according to plan she was quick on her feet to solve issues and keep the event flowing so that even we did were not aware of the problems until after the event was over. The only issues we really ran into had to do with schedules with our rentals arriving late and one of our shuttle busses full of guests getting lost, but Krissa just rolled with the punches and made sure everything got back on track. I cannot say enough about how glad we were to have a coordinator in the last weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on that day. We were able to have fun at the wedding without having to worry about a thing. I would hire Soiree again in a heartbeat.

    Krissa and the whole staff were AMAZING! I was planning my wedding in Oregon and I live in Paris, so out of town is an understatement and I couldn't have done it without them! They did their job exceptionally well with grace, quality and kindness. Soirée is AMAZING!

    Molli and Krissa at Soiree are fantastic. My husband and I have very busy work schedules and when it came to planning the wedding we were so thankful we had Molli. It was difficult to stay up with what I was supposed to be doing and when. Soiree kept us on track and set up all our appointments so we didn't even have to think about it. I was able to really enjoy the planning process instead of stressing about it. I also ended up having a horrible mishap with my wedding dress and a not so good seamstress. She had one of her good friends at August Veils come to the rescue and did a complete re-do of the alterations just 2 days before the wedding. Needless to say I was freaking out, but it turned out perfect! In addition, the wedding day went perfectly. There were no issues and my now husband and I were able to enjoy our day and visit will all our friends and family as Molli executed a seamless ceremony and reception!
