I want to thank Simply Sparkling Events for the wedding matching exactly to how I had envisioned. Hiring Lea and Natalie from Simply Sparkling Events was the best decision made for our wedding. Many of our guests kept telling us that our wedding has been the most creative and fun wedding they have ever been to.

Both the wedding planning and the wedding day went very smoothly. If there were any crisis during the wedding, I am sure they handled it without panicking me. Best part was when I told Lea and Natalie 1 day before the wedding that I had forgotten to buy a scrapbook for the guests to sign, they surprised me the next day at the wedding with a scrapbook + supplies. My guests had a blast decorating the pages with their pictures from the wedding photo booth and we are glad to have it as our keepsake.

I was indeed a very happy and relaxed bride that day!

Both Lea and Natalie are very energetic, organized, and detailed oriented. They are also very good at patiently listening to my ideas. Most importantly, they are experienced with wedding planning and provided professional advice to match my vision and budget. They have a long list of vendors they have worked well together before so we did not have to take chances with unreliable vendors.

I started planning 4 months before the wedding knowing that I would be out of the country for 2 months for work. With their full wedding planning package, I was able to travel without stressing out about not being here physically to plan. They provided a workable timeline on what we need to get done when I am in the states and when I am abroad. The craziest part was that I was done with planning and handed off items needed for the wedding to them 1 week before my big day. I actually had time to hang out with guests that came to town 1 week early and toured them around!

Unlike most planners that I interviewed, Simply Sparking Events did not limit hours of correspondence, emails, or amount of times/distance we traveled to meet with the vendors together. It was especially tough to plan a wedding at the de Young Museum in San Francisco. The museum has a very strict policy for just about everything starting with security down to a 10-page floral requirement guideline. We had to meet with the museum director several times for approval. Lea and Natalie were there for all of them, making sure nothing would be red-flagged on my wedding day.

They not only assisted in creating a fabulous wedding but they also allowed us to put our minds at ease and enjoy everything about the day. I have nothing but nice things to say about the ladies at Simply Sparkling Events. I had a relatively large wedding planned and a very hectic work schedule. I paid for the full service planning and that is exactly what it was. Nathalie and Lea at Simply Sparkling were able to provide me with exceptional vendor contacts, wonderful decor and event ideas and the right balance of support for me. They were organized enough to keep me on track, but also made the process enjoyable(sometimes we forget that it is supposed to be fun!).
I was very pleased with their help during the process and blown away by the wedding they produced for us. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy my wedding without hesitation because they were there to take care of everything.
If I ever have another big party (though nothing will top my wedding), I will hire them again without a second thought!

Lea was incredibly flexible and easy to work with. She was super professional and very responsive. She was on top of everything and made sure that I or my husband to be wasn't stressed out or overwhelmed and kept the night going smoothly. The only issue was that Natalie was out of town the day of my wedding and Lea had to be on her own. This only was a problem when we took photographs and it was difficult to wrangle all the family and party for pictures. This was more of an issue with the professionalism of the photographer then Lea though. Overall, I would definitly highly reccommend this vendor.

Natalie and Lea were great day-of-event coordinators. They work together as a team to make sure everthing runs nice and smooth. they even came to our rehearsal so we could determine how the ceremony would run and they could provide all the proper cues for the big day.

the decor was set up just as we had asked and hoped for - everything looked amazing and they helped make sure we got all the pertinent things completed (photos, first dance, cake-cutting) without being too strict (we wanted to allow for the natural flow of the evening). the only hitch was a later band member that caused a $300 charge - we would have hoped that everyone was out on time. but that was minor compared to their outstanding and sparkling work!

and their prices were very reasonable. i had quotes from some coordinators that made me gasp out loud! there's seemed right on target for our particular needs (i designed and conceptualized the wedding myself - so we didn't require creative direction).
