Our cake was amazing, we allowed Naomi to use her own creative juices and come up with her own masterpiece using our colours and it far exceeded our expectations. It was obviously so good that my husband and I did not get any cake on the wedding night but luckily we had saved the top layer. We cut into it the next day just so we could enjoy it. Naomi was very easy to get ahold of and very professional to work with. Her cakes are all homemade so it tasted as good as it looked. We got many compliments on the cake

Deb: I didn't buy the cake; it was a gift, so I don't know how much it cost, but I do know that it was amazing. My husband and I pretty well wanted an "arranged elopement" with our parents and siblings, so we weren't even planning on having a cake; and I certainly never would have expected one so beautiful so quickly! It was a lovely surprise; and a very yummy one! I just wanted to give a quick explaination for my not knowing the price.
The long and short of it is; it took a day in the park where we said our vows in front of our parents and siblings and made it feel more like a "real" wedding. It lent a real sense of elegance to the procedings. (And did I mention it was really yummy?!?)
I would recommend Silver Spoon Cakes to anyone looking for a wedding cake (or, for that matter, a cake for any fancy occasion) and I plan to hire this company when my husband and I renew our vows with a big ceremony in 2012. If with a week's notice I was able to get a beautiful wedding cake for a small ceremony, I know that I can count on Naomi Thomson to produce something magical for a big ceremony for our 5 year anniversary.
