  Videographer in Beaver Creek

  Delayed review but it has to happen! Sherri went above and beyond for our wedding video! We got married in Beaver Creek, CO and she spent the entire day with us. She was videographer but she also stepped up to be hype woman, scheduler, planner, and keeper of all details. She was extremely economical for the quality of video we received!

  Easiest decision ever to have her film the wedding!

  Sherri is such a bright light. I met her and instantly was connected to her. She is an artist by trade and values telling the bride and groom’s story. She captured the wedding on video, and every element that was important to us. She was like a fly on the wall and you rarely saw her, but you knew with confidence that she would get the shots. It snowed 14 inches the night before the wedding, and she showed up in her snow boots and gear, ready to tromp around in the snow. She is committed to getting the best moments and she is such a joy to have around. Then, she surprised us with remarkable voice overs of our loved ones that she incorporated into the video. The end result brings me tears every time I watch it. I believe that this wedding was one for the ages and she brought it to life for us to relive with our video for all the years to come. I contemplated whether it was important to get our speeches on film, and I am so thankful I added that at the last minute. I just watched them again and was immediately transported back to our wedding weekend thanks to her videography. All talent aside, she is also the most fun, upbeat, loving, kind, instant-friend kind of person. And I hope you have the pleasure of working with her!

  We are so thankful that we chose Sherri to capture our special day. From the beginning of the process she was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We did an engagement shoot in Colorado and were able to meet in person and get a feel for each other. We meshed immediately, and she was able to quickly get a sense of our style and how to make us comfortable and get the best shots. About a year later we got married in a very intimate ceremony in Mexico and were so glad that she already knew us and had a sense for what we were after. Sherri took still shots and captured video with her camera and drone, which truly captured the tone and joy of our special day. There was no stress at all and she made us feel so well taken care of. I couldn't speak more highly of her. If you're looking for beautiful photography/videography with a relaxed process, she's your gal!

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Sherri the day of our wedding. She was so much fun and confident that it made us all relax and even forget she was on the job. Her confidence comes well deserved because her photos were stunning and I can't stop looking at them! I knew of her work years before I got married and knew that I had to have her document our special day. I recommend her to anyone who wants to look back at their wedding photos and feel like you back in that special day!

  Cannot say enough great things about working with Sherri for our wedding videography! She was absolutely amazing and created something we will literally treasure for years to come! She was timely, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her!

  Best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process was to have a highlight video of our wedding day shot! We couldn't be luckier to have met Sherri who we are now blessed to call a friend! The morning of our wedding Rob and I woke up and couldn't stop thinking about how much fun we had spending time with loved ones the night before at our rehearsal dinner party. As the "getting ready" festivities started rolling, all the bridesmaids and I could talk about was how special the previous night had been. As we were reminiscing I got a text from Sherri saying that she had uploaded a highlight video from the rehearsal party to Facebook. All I could think was, ALREADY?! Sherri shot, edited, and delivered a breathtaking video for all of us to enjoy the morning of the wedding overnight! As I watched it with my bridesmaids, we all teared up with chills, crying and laughing through all the sweet moments that were so perfectly captured! Seeing this video, and all the smiles, love and laughter that was shared the night before calmed any nerves that lingered that morning! We are so lucky to have gotten to work with Sherri! We loved getting to know her through informal get togethers at our favorite local wine bar, to having her shoot a life style/engagement session with our two dogs right before the wedding. Rob and I could not have felt more comfortable or confident knowing she was creating our wedding video.

  After my initial phone conversation with Sherri, I knew we would get along on my wedding day (with her filming me for 8 hours), however, I really can't stress enough how grateful I was for her presence throughout my wedding weekend. We decided to have Sherri photograph our rehearsal dinner in addition to her filming our wedding video, and from the minute she showed up at the rehearsal on day one, it was like having another bridesmaid there with me.
  
  She has such a laid back vibe with her filming style (you won't even know she's following you with a camera), but is also so personable, positive and fun to be around. Not to mention, her work is amazing! I hate having pictures taken of me because and always complain that I look awkward in photos (I wouldn't even take engagement photos!), but when I saw some of the shots she was taking at our rehearsal dinner, I couldn't believe how great they were and that I wanted to keep taking more! I had one phone conversation with her and I could tell in an instant she was perfect. Sherri is such an amazing photographer, videographer and human being. Sherri was flexible with what we wanted, listened to every little thing I asked for, and made arrangements to make our wedding in time. Personality is big one for me. While I was looking for someone very professional, if you aren't personable it's going to show through everything. Sherri made a video of our special day before we even got back from our honeymoon. When we landed back home, we were able to watch it (and cry)!!! She captured the day so wonderfully. I will be a recommendation for her any day!!

  My husband and I were planning a destination wedding in Vail Colorado from Indiana, and that was a challenge. From the time we got engaged to the time we got married, we were not going to be visiting at all, so everything had to be done long distance. One thing that we were struggling with was whether or not to hire a videographer. We were back and forth for a lot of reasons, the money was the main one, but also who to pick, and would it be a circus with a photographer and a videographer? So finally we decided that it would be worth it to have a record of our day, the people, the details, the place, the weather. You can't really put a price on that, but we also decided that we would try to keep the budget for videography as reasonable as possible. Next question was, who do we get to do it? We went back to our favorite websites of videographers that we had looked at, and Sherri's website was one of those. We called her and spoke about what it was that we wanted, and after speaking with her, we really liked her vibe, and decided to go with her. She was really understanding about us planning this wedding from a distance, and she even facetimed us before the wedding to get little bit better acquainted. We all got along really well, and i had no doubt it would be really fun to have her there to capture our wedding day. When the actual day came, Sherri was SO MUCH FUN. We got along so great, it was like having another friend there with me all day, but also like she was kind of invisible. She was able to capture our day without being intrusive or over the top. She and our photographer worked together so well, I never had any worries that there was something being missed. I can't compliment her fantastic professionalism enough. She was a joy to work with, and I'm so glad we chose to have a videographer do our wedding. Thank you so much Sherri!!!!!

We didn't have a ton of room in the budget but thought it would be a great to have one. Sherri kind of fell into our lap and after seeing her work, my husband and I immediately said we should go for it! Sherri's work was so great that I literally cried my eyes out from happiness when I saw the video! I didn't even cry at my own wedding! What she captured that day through her eyes is so amazing! We completely trusted her and her abilities and everything went so smoothly. She captured moments that I didn't even realize. She was not in our face the whole night that you almost forget she's there but just had this ability to capture these pure and natural moments. It only took her a few weeks to put together and edit the video. It looks like a movie! So well done and better than I could've imagined. We showed some of our friends and family that couldn't be there which was priceless in itself. If you are on the fence and reading this... I highly recommend that you find room in the budget for this. No one will remember your place setting or music but you will have something that is a life time reminder of your special day and you can't put a dollar amount on that!! :)

  I am a lucky bride to have such a talent friend to take on the task of capturing our wedding while also being a bridesmaid! We have been talking about her passion for cinematography for a long time ever since she came upon the idea, and it is so special to see it bloom from an idea to a passion to a highly desired cinematographer. I was totally not into getting a videographer, but that is before I knew what cinematography was. Who actually sits and watches their entire hours long wedding videos? I would say not many. But to have a 5 or so minute long video that tells our story and captures our hearts on our wedding day...that is something I can cherish. Sherri has created something for me that I will never forget and for which I will be forever indebted to her. I still cry every time I watch it. Why? Because I don't really remember much of my own wedding. It all flew by so fast; I remember being stressed trying to get the details to come together, being pulled 1,000 different directions, and I never even saw what I looked like beside the two times I glanced in the bathroom mirror. So I cry, because now I can remember, now I can see how it really was. Now I can hear his voice saying those sweet vows to me over and over. I can see my wedding for what I wanted it to be and what it actually was. Our video has left us with a memory of our wedding, of our story, that we can cherish forever and I can now remember my wedding with lasting happiness. There is seriously no greater investment than to have this story to cherish forever!

  I am a lucky bride to have such a talent friend to take on the task of capturing our wedding while also being a bridesmaid! We have been talking about her passion for cinematography for a long time ever since she came upon the idea, and it is so special to see it bloom from an idea to a passion to a highly desired cinematographer. I was totally not into getting a videographer, but that is before I knew what cinematography was. Who actually sits and watches their entire hours long wedding videos? I would say not many. But to have a 5 or so minute long video that tells our story and captures our hearts on our wedding day...that is something I can cherish. Sherri has created something for me that I will never forget and for which I will be forever indebted to her. I still cry every time I watch it. Why? Because I don't really remember much of my own wedding. It all flew by so fast; I remember being stressed trying to get the details to come together, being pulled 1,000 different directions, and I never even saw what I looked like beside the two times I glanced in the bathroom mirror. So I cry, because now I can remember, now I can see how it really was. Now I can hear his voice saying those sweet vows to me over and over.   Hiring Sherri as our videographer was a no-brainer. I'm a wedding planner and had worked with her before, and when my husband and I decided to invest in a wedding film (seriously, it's worth it!), I knew who to turn to. Sherri is sweet, kind, and funny -- just the personality you want in the room as you're getting ready for such a major milestone day. She's also about the least-invasive videographer I've ever seen. Her camera is small, meaning no huge lights or bulky mics that get in guests' way, and she's a pro at working *with* photographers to make sure everyone gets the shot. (The photographer-videographer relationship can often be a tricky one, but Sherri is a fantastic photographer, too, so she knows what's up!) And our video... Well, I cry every time I watch it and we've been married a year and a half now. She captured all of the important moments, and added extra time to our video because she just had to include some of our epic dance party. Every time we watch it, it's like being at our wedding all over again. We also did a photo shoot with Sherri almost a year after our wedding (I got to put my dress back on and we got to pretend our dog had been there on the big day), and the photos are fantastic, too. We are so lucky to have had Sherri there on our wedding day, and to count her as one of our dear friends in the Vail Valley. You will absolutely love working with her, and adore the end results!

  All of my friends who are married and DIDN'T hire a videographer told me they regretted it. All my friends who are married and DID hire a videographer told me they watch their wedding video way more often than they look at their photos. So it was not question for us that we were going to hire a videographer.Sherri is personable and fun; we loved having her around for all of our personal moments. That was a big thing for us. We wanted to feel comfortable with someone. And she has this uncanny ability to be totally discreet when necessary! She's professional, but still super fun and easy to be comfortable with. The quality of her work is fabulous. She somehow was able to capture not only my husband and I's personalities through video but also people she didn't know at all. That's true talent! The video quality and production are heartfelt but not totally cheesy. We did NOT want cheesy, but we did want emotion. She nailed it there.
  
  We absolutely recommend her. She went above and beyond on every level to make sure we were satisfied.
