We could not be happier with our choice of caterer! All of Seth's food was absolutely amazing and everyone raved about it (which definitely does not always happen with wedding food!) He was very responsive and helpful and we feel he was a great deal for everything that we got!

I am a bit of a food snob and I knew that the food was the most imprtant aspect of my reception. So when I attended a wedding the month before I got engaged and Seth was the caterer, I knew when I tasted his food that I wanted him to cater my wedding. I was afraid to know what a chef like him would cost and was pleasantly surprised when I did the research and found that he was significantly less than any reception venues I had looked at in the past two years- and his food was the best also. He is very easy to work with and I recommend him because he has supreme quality and presentation, has the best prices, is easy to work with and will not disappoint you. I used him for both the reception and the wedding and my guests cannot stop talking about the food. Thanks Seth and staff.

Of all our vendors, Seth was the most fun to work with. Professional and enthusiastic, he was flexible with our menu and he understood the needs of our budget. The food? AMAZING. So good - my husband and I still talk about it and the guests loved it too!

Our only complaint was that there was a misunderstanding with a few of the guests needing special plated meals due to nut allergies. These plates weren't made, so the guests with allergies had to nibble on the few allergy free sides that were available at the buffet.

We were so happy to discover that Seth was available to cater our wedding! We have heard nothing but rave reviews from people about Seth, so he was really the only caterer we considered. (I think it's also worth mentioning that Seth has hands-down the best website of all the area caterers, which says a lot.) Seth is super-nice, accommodating, and really knows his stuff! My husband and I are foodies, and we were really impressed by his menu options. We were also really impressed by his tasting, he served full-sized portions of all options, which were all delicious! It was difficult choosing a menu, but we were really happy with our choices. We got rave reviews ourselves about the food. I made absolutely sure I ate my meal, since I had been looking forward to it for so long. I can't recommend Seth enough, he is amazing.

I was also happy to discover that Seth offers a day-of coordinator service for $100! The coordinator set up everything at the venue, including our decorations and the various tables (guestbook, gifts, etc.). It was a great service which saved an additional vendor search and money!

Seth was amaazzing!! The food was absolutely delicious and we had so many compliments! He is super easy to get a hold of which is a bonus! He is very laid back and has tons of knowledge about weddings and the way they run!! Would definitely recommend him!! Thanks Seth!

Seth was so friendly, flexible and easy to work with. He was very responsive to our desire to have our eco-wedding theme reflected in the food -- as much as possible, he used local, seasonal and organic ingredients to create a menu that one of my guests commented was, "...the best wedding food *ever*." He was also very helpful in recommending other vendors (as we are not from the immediate area where we held our wedding), as well as helping us navigate some of our wedding site's special rules (i.e. no glass). In addition, he allowed us to provide our own alcoholic beverages, admitting that it would cost us less than what he could provide as a middle-man. I highly recommend Seth without reservation!

We worked directly with Seth and had a fantastic experience. He worked within our needs and budget. We went with the buffet option and it was set up beautifully with round tiered tables (making it easier for guests to get what they wanted/needed). The food was delicious. Everything was perfect.

Seth catered our Garden House wedding. We emailed back and forth about ideas and menus, and booked him without meeting face to face. Such are the joys of long distance wedding planning.

Admittedly, we were attracted to his affordability. He was right in our range and we were able to have a sit down meal instead of a buffet! My mom and sister in law attended the tasting and raved about the food and how great Seth was.

A month before the wedding, we were able to meet with him and plan the menu. He customized a few things for us, went over the plan for the day. We felt like we were in capable hands. Seth is passionate about food and it is evident in his creativity and product.

Day of the wedding, his front of the house manager came over to introduce herself to us. She was kind, and the rest of the meal went off without a hitch. At one point, I saw Seth in the back and he looked relaxed and all smiles.

Seth Mias, Cate Wall, and their team do an absolutely amazing job. Our guests raved about the food, and the service was impeccable. Other caterers charged upwards of double their cost per head, so at first, I wondered what I was getting into. But my worries quickly gave way to Seth and Cate's creativity, professionalism, and care for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

First class service, first class food, down to earth prices! Seth and Cate allowed us to personalize our menu in a multi-cultural, multi-cuisine tapas. The service was impeccable. We had several meetings prior to the wedding (including free tasting). Cate (catering manager) is incredibly responsive to phone and email. Seth is enthusiastic and passionate about what he does.

Our guests adored the food - even though we probably gave too much. Comments include, "The mans a magician". One of the best meals I have ever had. A five course personalized menu was $30 per head by tax and gratuity!

I would truly recommend them and hope to use their services again soon.

The presentation was first class, the food is still talked about by our wedding guests nearly three years later!
