Michelle came up with some lovely ideas, and we gave her a $400 deposit. Then she disappeared. We are filing a claim against her. Many vendors and wholesale florists are after her for thousands and thousands of dollars. She works at a dermatology office now. Serendipity House is shut down. She claimed that she sent our order to another florist who was supposed to contact us. Then she said she'd give us a check. Then she said we needed to go to court. She never provided us with a single flower. To court we go!

Although after I had booked my flowers with Serendipity, I found Michelle hard to get ahold of, overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of the flowers. She was a bit late the day of the wedding that stressed me a bit, but the flowers did arrive before the ceremony and they were absolutely beautiful. I have very little vision of what I wanted and Michelle was great at walking me through what flowers would work and go together. 2 weeks later, many of my flowers still look gorgeous!

serendipity made my wedding day perfect!! Michelle St. Rose is the most creative, talented florist in Arizona! Almost all my friends and family used her for weddings and parties. Michelle and her crew were always professional, fun and took care of details most florists and wedding planners never even consider.

I loved the flowers at this shop but the woman, Michelle would promise things and then not come through. She never answered the phone and then as it got closer to my wedding, she called me and couldn't remember what I picked. I ended up having to go somewhere else because she was so flaky and I was afraid that she would miss my wedding. I really liked her work but not her professionalism. Too bad - I think her flowers were really pretty.

A bit difficult to get a hold of but Michelle and her crew did a fantastic job on the flower arrangements and had them arrive on time at both reception and ceremony site.

Flowers were an important part of my wedding. I wanted them to make an impact but I was on a budget. Michelle was able to take my ideas and work with my budget and colors! I met with her one time and she far exceeded my expectations. The flowers were fantastic! Still to this day I can't believe how a person could in 1 meeting capture exactly what I had hoped for!!!
