Amazing and so talented with their "documentary" style videos. They were wonderful during the wedding day and really captured the love and essence of our wedding!!

Fantastic first meeting and follow ups. Personally, I don't mind photographs but I don't like video at all, I get very uncomfortable but their team was invisible during the wedding. I even wondered where they were hiding. Very friendly and accommodating. They worked very well with our photographers so we didn't have to duplicate anything. I was very stressed about the interview but they made it so easy for me. We also received our trailer in less than 2 weeks and it was fantastic. I can't wait to see our video. Thank you guys for making it so easy for us.

I absolutely love this company and everyone who works for it! They are all just AMAZING! My husband and I have had the pleasure to work with both Taryn and Bill, the owners, and they are the most wonderful people to work with. We used Serendipity to shoot a love story prior to our wedding that was shown at the cocktail hour. Everyone loved the video and couldn't believe how adorable it was. It was so fun to shoot the video with Jeff and Sarah of Serendipity - they made us feel so comfortable, which really showed in the video. We had a blast making it, and now have that to cherish forever. We also worked with Jeff and Shawn, who both shot our wedding in Sedona. They once again made everyone feel so comfortable and blended right in! Even after a long day of shooting, they always had smiles on their faces and such a positive attitude. Any question I ever had was immediately answered by Taryn. I could not imagine any bride not working with Serendipity after our experience with them - I highly recommend Serendipity!

When we were putting together a budget for the wedding, a video was something we really wanted but just could not afford. When I told my Mom that we had WON a video package with Serendipity she started crying.

This company was AMAZING. They were very involved and took care of everything. All they needed was a few questions answered and away they went creating a masterpiece. They were organized, on time and very flexible with location. They were professional and easy to work with. I never even felt like I was being taped. Most of the time I didn't even notice them in the background and when I did, it was when they were sliding across the floor, or getting another really awesome shot.

To say I was impressed and excited with the final project would be an understatement. Its beautiful and I would recommend this company to anyone. Choosing Serendipity was the best choice I made in planning my wedding!!! I hardly even noticed they were there all day, but when I received my Film after my wedding the images they captured were just breathtaking! I couldn't have created a better picture of my day if I was in there editing with them. Taryn was always really helpful and prompt - she kept me updated on the status of my Film, and I used her to find a lot of my other vendors. She knows everything about weddings in the Valley and surrounding areas, and was a huge help to me. I love my Film - it is something that will be passed to my children and grandchildren. A timeless keepsake that I can look back on for years to come! I can not say enough good things about this company!!!!

Serendipity is the best! The videos literally look like mini professional movies. They are so easy to work with and do a wonderful job of capturing every moment. I am so happy I decided to do videography and chose Serendipity. I thought video was REALLY important and it took a little convincing to my parents…. In my mind, video is more important than still photography... Video just captures the moment different than what a still shot captures. Well worth the money and the memories are priceless! Our video(s) came out so beautifully and just perfect.... they made everyone cry! Once you get the video back, it is so great to re-live that day in a way that still photography cannot provide. Serendipity did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding video! They are completely professional and took a perfect day and made it special in a memorable way. Due to circumstances out of their control there was a significant delay getting our video, but it was worth the wait. They gave us a perfect product in a longer time instead of giving us a sub-par product in the original time frame. We would use them again in a second.

I love Serendipity... I heard of them through a friend that used them for her wedding. We have quite a few friends that have used Serendipity and everyone has been amazed by what serendipity delivers. Taryn, was great about setting everything up and answering all my questions. I felt confident from start to finish with Taryn and Jeff. After two weeks of our wedding we received our movie trailer and it has been something I watch on a daily basis. I cannot wait till we get our full video. I would highly recommend Serendipity and will use them again when I need a videographer.

My husband Justin and I were married on 7/30/11 although our relationship with Serendipity goes back years. A good friend used them years ago and then my sister Andrea used them in July 2010 which is when I really became familiarized with them and their work. Since then we have had another 4 friends use them and every single film has been beyond expectations. I LOVE both Taryn and Jeff! They are so wonderful to work with and are genuinely excited about each and every wedding. Taryn was always quick to respond and great to work with on the business aspect. She was totally professional but also felt like a good friend the whole time. Jeff was wonderful when filming. He made us feel at ease when interviewing and knew how to blend into the crowd on the wedding day. The wedding day went by in such a flash but the film brings back all the memories and feelings of that day every time we watch. I couldn't have hoped for more and I would highly recommend Serendipity to every future bride…it is a MUST!

Hiring Serendipity was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding and to think we almost didn’t do it!!! Taryn will be the first to tell you that videography is the first thing most brides and grooms cut from their budget and the number one thing they regret not doing. Deciding to have a videographer at our wedding was one of the best decisions we ever made. Choosing Serendipity to capture one of the most important days of our lives was an even better decision! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Serendipity. While I was searching for venues, I stumbled upon a link that led me to Serendipity’s site. It wasn’t until after watching some of their videos that I was determined to have a videographer. After much research, I soon came to the conclusion that no one even came close to Serendipity’s talent. Not only are they experts at what they do, but Taryn (one of the owners of the business) absolutely ROCKS! The first day we met her I was impressed by her social skills and outgoing personality. Throughout the planning process, she would respond promptly to all of our questions/concerns and has been very accommodating to our requests for our video. Although we have not seen our highlight film yet, our three minute movie trailer blew us and other family/friend viewers away. WOW! I feel so good about our investment in Serendipity every time I watch that two minute clip. We can’t wait to see the final result--- we are actually throwing a viewing party! Not only was it a pleasure working with Taryn, but her crew is amazing too. They were like little ninjas at our wedding. I honestly didn’t even notice them during the wedding but yet they were there capturing those important moments that can now be with us forever! Serendipity Videography is the best. View their trailers/highlight films and be amazed. It was very important for us to find a videographer that didnt make their video look like a soap opera. We could tell every video was personalized and played like a movie! They're so professional and we loved having them at our wedding. They felt like guests and by the end of the night felt like family. We LOVE serendipity and theyre worth every money you spend with them.
