Contracted and paid in full more than four months ahead. They did not abide by contract which specifies someone would contact us 3 weeks prior to event to arrange all details. NO ONE ever called us. Repeated calls to them provided no information. FOUR DAYS before event, still no DJ assigned, they couldn't even confirm if they'd received our "songbook", couldn't answer who WOULD be assigned, couldn't make an appointment to meet, never returned phone calls. We left messages to cancel - no one ever called us back. We hired somebody else 3 days before wedding, never heard another word from Sensory Sound. About an hour into our FORMAL wedding reception another DJ appeared in jeans and a shirt without a jacket saying he was our DJ from Sensory Sound! He told us he had only been called "from Kentucky late last night" and suspected something was wrong!!! We had never spoken to this man or been given his name! We told him of our cancellation and he left. Sensory Sound never even called after the wedding to follow up. We're now in a refund battle. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

This company is a JOKE! Do not hire them for your wedding!! They never returned calls and didn't make contact with me until 2 days before my wedding. The DJ played songs we had on a DO NOT PLAY list and didn't play songs we had on a MUST HEAR list. The DJ was participating in my wedding more than playing songs. I was fixing to throw my bouqet but was waiting for the song to play, I looked over at the dj table and she wasn't there, I turn around and she's in the crowd of girls waiting to catch my bouquet. I had to mouthe the words "the music" to her before she realized and ran over to the table to play the song. It was horrible, please spend the extra money and hire someone who will be more professional and do a better job than they did for me.

Our DJ through A Sensory Sound System was perfect! He played the songs we wanted, as well as others that had everyone up and dancing. He was on time, dressed appropriately, as nice as he could be, and just did his thing! He wasn't too quiet, or overly annoying. I was very pleased with the company as well as the DJ. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
