We were very pleased with the dedication shown to our special day to make it the best it could be. The organization and the contacts she came up with over the last 6 months was imperative in keeping us on track. Her many ideas were instrumental in making our wedding and reception for a large amount of people become an awesome event. Her concern over cost but still having an excellent quality was just what was needed. We can recommend her completely to anyone.

Caroline Ward of Searchlight Memories did a remarkable job for us. She helped us set a budget. She guided us through the early planning stages. She went with us on visits to sites. She negotiated the contracts. She reserved and managed the hotel space. She handled the mailing of the invitations. She took care of all the communication with the vendors communicating our needs to them. She followed up with all of the vendors to make sure everyone was on track. She followed up with guests that did not respond. She printed the place cards for guests. On the day of the rehearsal and the wedding Caroline coordinated everything. She knew what each vendor had to provide and she made sure they did their job. She took care of every detail in making sure that priority guests got proper seating at the wedding, that flowers were pinned on, she timed entrances and made sure the bride and groom didn't run into each other. Besides all of these services Caroline is very creative and offered suggestions to make sure that our wedding was unique to us. She creatively cut costs while telling us where to spend the money to make the most impact. We never had to chase her down to get an answer. Caroline was on top of everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Caroline Ward to take care of your wedding needs. She goes over and above what is expected.

I worked with Caroline last year while planning my wedding. Although the wedding never happened - Caroline was able to [11 days before the day] help me to turn everything we'd planned from wedding to engagement party. The wedding was completely planned at this point, and not only was everything perfect for what should have been my big day - but the cost of not only her services, but also the services that she located for me, were by far some of the best I've seen. Caroline has a true talen for assisting people to find what they truly want and I am very grateful for this. The wedding was planned for approximately 45+/- guests - at Sassi in Scottsdale [I live in Indianapolis so this was planned from out of state with her help] - Caroline booked travel, hotel and everything in addition to taking over the aspects of the wedding that I was unable to do from so far away. She was able to help in site selection by going out to the facilities that I was interested in and taking pictures at every angle to send to me - and this in itself was something you don't find with many wedding planners. Overall - very satisfied! I will certainly utilize her services in the future for the day when I actually do get married!!
